Bought a defective Keurig. The Keurig I bought was used 15 times. I called customer service, asking if I could somehow fix it. They admitted it was defective, but was out of warranty ( had it for 7 months, only used it 15 times when I travel) the water would not heat or dispense. Thumbs down on Keurig... customer service was only interested in making a sale, not solving a problem or respecting me as a customer.

Purchased K-Duo 12-cup and single serve model. Machine started dumping water out of the k-cup side without even having the power on. Electronics on the top went crazy and would not let us push either button for carafe or cup use. Called in for troubleshooting and was told there is none. Basically, throw the machine away and get a new one! NO THANKS!

Unfortunately I am in agreement with the previous reviews. The best Keurig will do is give a discount on the purchase of yet another replacement. This is the fourth one I purchased and it just stopped working after 15 months. I asked if they could extend the warranty if purchasing another. I was informed by customer support 12 months is the maximum warranty they have. It seems the equipment is low quality and dispensable for a kitchen appliance. It's a shame. Maybe they should read some of these concerns and review their quality, inspections, warranty, and business practices. Good luck to anyone purchasing a Keurig. I am told Nesco offers a similar, yet higher quality alternative.
You’ve been warned
I’ve owned two keurig… both had the same problem, they wouldn’t close. Both would not let me pull the handle down!!! Called customer service. Was told I would have to order another machine, they didn’t carry the part by itself. Keurig is trash, you’ve been warned.
We have had Keurigs for years, but...
We have had Keurigs for years and haven't had an issue. The taste isn't gourmet, but the convenience has been there. However our last Keurig pooped out after only 6 months. It was a combo cold and hot drink maker. It started spewing grounds into our cups and not giving us a full cup. We finally gave up and bought a different one we have had luck with in the past.

Keurig's customer service is absolutely useless. I have been trying to get someone to put me through to a representative in the US but they keep telling me they cannot put me through but that someone will call back in 24-48 hours. Well, that's just another line of bull. I was told that on August 1st, 2025 and again, no one called back. As a customer for many years now, Keurig has gone down in quality and service to a very low rating. I will be posting these bad reviews everywhere that I can and will stop using anything Keurig.

purchased from the keurig website, got a unit that does not heat, to get my money back they want me to send the old one back at MY expense. The machine is less than a week old!!! Too send back would cost me over 20.00 for a 85.00 machine. Do not depend on the "money back guarantee" from the website, you're better off getting it locally or better yet, buy another brand.
Disappointed overall
I've had my keurig for two and 1/2 months and it stopped working. Now I have to do a wild goose chase to get my old receipt, (I bought from a store not directly from them), and then go through a paperwork process to get one resent and to mail the old one back. Not worth the headache. My old Mr. Coffee pot still works after 12 years. Seriously. This company is not worth the trouble.

Machine quit working, it is less than a year old, was a gift from someone that has passed away. The customer service was horrible. Do not purchase these products, in fact, steal them, to even out what they’re doing to other people. Just be prepared for them to break down shortly after obtaining them.

I am so terribly disappointed in the customer service of Keurig. My machine has a problem that is a well known problem with Keurig machines leaking water while brewing. While my unit is 18 months old and a few months out of factory warranty, the common problem with these machines should warrant the company make right of replacing or repairing it.
However, after dealing with the customer service reps who were extremely rude and difficult, they offered a 50% discount off the full retail price. However, discount is not usable on the sale price, so literally, the cost to replace the machine is the exact same price that a machine can be purchased from a retail store. This is not honest!
2 keurigs broken
I purchased a keurig in 2023. In February of 2024 it bit the dust, and I called customer service. Through rounds of troubleshooting we were unable to fix it. I had passed the warranty time frame (13 months as opposed to 12 month warranty) however customer service was kind enough to send me a replacement. Well, we’re 5 months over the warranty of the replaced/gifted one- and this has bit the dust. Through rounds of troubleshooting, customer service has deemed that it is broken and will not replace. How does this happen? A faulty product is continuously given. I wouldn’t pay this money for a product that will only last a year. Since this has now happen 2x I can confidently say it is a poor product.

I never received my order
I never received my order. I called several times over a couple of days and did as instructed ( always was told to call back again). I was thrown into a never ending cycle of being told the next time I called I would get my refund started. This never happened. I just kept getting a run-around. The company refused to give me a refund. I cancelled all auto deliveries and would warn people about ordering from this company. Something is wrong. Worst ordering and customer service experience ever. I am shocked.

The most inept, and consumer non friendly company I have ever done business with and I'm 85 so that's a lot of companies. Buyers beware. I cancelled my acct and would not take anything from keurig if they offered it free..
Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. I chose to return my coffee machine the day after opening it - never used it and returned to original packaging. After spending at least 1/2 hour on the phone with a rep, I was told that the instructions for returning my machine would be in my e-mail. A week has passed, and I still have no e-mail. I went to the Keurig website, and it said I had never ordered anything. Now I have a machine I don't want and can't return.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I purchased 2 coffee makers from this company both of which broke conveniently only a few moths after thier year warranty for no reason other than the motor burning out. Nothing besides a $25 discount was offered to me. After spending over $500 on thier machines I expected more to be done when they both only lasted a little over a year

very difficult to contact them except by phone - the contact form on their website consistently gets an error when you try to submit. I haven't found live chat available, but I am usually checking on weekends. I can't find how to leave a product review. I wanted to let people know that if they purchase the Hyper chiller you MUST have room in your freezer to store it upright as it has holes in the top presumably for drinking from.

First unit failed at about 8 months, keurig sent a replacement, that one failed at about 10 months, keurig sent another replacement. That one failed after 14 months so it’s out of warranty. So Keurig will not replace but offered me a deep discount on same model I think $127.00 I told the gentleman that the keurig company really does not deliver quality product so I declined. At this point I really think its time to go buy quality, I really regret purchasing the keurig to begin with I just kept hoping the next one would be better well they just are not. I will never recommend to anyone to purchase anything from keurig as the quality just is not there. I wish I could give a good review but I just cannot. Will go to Bunn to get quality. Please don’t waste your hard earned money. Good luck.
