Absolutely no difference, in skin, nails, hair etc. I might as well have just given my money away. I have taken it for 5 months to give it time to work but nothing. Extremely disappointed.

Unfortunately I'm not currently able to continue with a further 3 months supply. I've contacted the company and requested they don't send the latest 'subscription'.

They have taken my money (€260) and have not yet sent or dispatched my goods, but they won't cancel my delivery. Insisting that it must first be sent then returned at my own cost.

I find it very strange that they have my money, have not sent my order but yet are unable not to send it to me.

This is the second bad experience with customer service I've had with this company unfortunately which is a real shame.

I have started taking key peri & menopause tablets 3 weeks ago and I already feel a huge difference I was so down and was suffering with bad sweats no energy was also so hard to deal with! Since taking them I am so much happier I have so much for energy and I just feel so much happier in myself! Thank you so much I am definitely going to keep taking these so worth it!!

There has been a significant change in my mood, energy levels, hair, nails and skin! The night sweats and hot flushes had totally stopped, however, the last two weeks i have noticed a slight change and experiencing slight hot flush symptoms and night sweats? Which i find a bit strange considering they had totally stopped..

This product made me so depressed. After only a week of taking it, I was crying everyday. Gave me hives and terrible sweet cravings!!! Have your doctor check your estrogen levels before taking this supplement!

I've been experiencing menopausal symptoms for years, way longer than I thought possible! I still have blood markers showing menopause. I've used different products over the years. Availability of some became a problem. I'm finding my subscription to Key is working for me. The main issue I take these supplements for now is hot flushes and the excess sweating that goes with those. Key has sorted that out for me thankfully. I don't wake up drenched and too hot anymore.

I use the 3 monthly subscription service and I find it great 😊 It means I don’t run out at any stage and can stay consistent my hair has suffered badly from the hormonal effects of years and years of severe pms and then the early onset of peri menopause but key collagen has helped so much with making my hair thicker and stronger my nails the same and my skin improved immensely, I have also noticed the little joint pains I was having have disappeared ☺️

I’m taking key peri +Menopause supplements 10 weeks now. What a difference , it’s helped me in so many ways just after 1 week I wanted to write a review 😂. Before taking these I would be up at least 3 times a night to use the bathroom after 1 week it stopped I was gobsmacked . I now sleep all night no more leaking 😊 . Hot flushes gone haven’t had one in over 6 weeks now. My mood has changed I very rarely get cranky and I can now sit in a room with someone eating crisps 😂 . My skin is glowing and hair growing rapidly but always did so my hair dresser won’t like this 😆. Ive suffered with back pain over 20 years now the pain has been reduced . I started Key Collagen nearly four months ago and now I'am starting to see great improvements in my skin and hair. My skin is more hydrated and fine lines have diminished.The sachets are so easy to take and taste good. Delightful with the results.
I also started Key Peri Menopause a few weeks ago.
I don't take HRT as have high blood pressure and it didn't suit me so these are a life saver !!! Now I'am sleeping better and night sweats have decreased. I had awful joint pain in my elbows and that's now gone.
The subscription based option is great, no hassle, it just arrives at the door !!!
Would definitely recommend these products. I will continue to take and hopefully see more positive results.

I honestly couldn't live without either the Key Collagen or the Key Peri/Menopause. I came off the latter for a month due to cost of living etc but OH MY GOD totally not worth it. I could feel the difference within a week and now, a month later, I'm a genuine nutter, mood swings all over the place, crankiness. Totally not with it. My hair and skin are still beautiful though from the collagen haha so I'm beautiful but cranky 🤣🙈 buy these products and never look back ladies!!!!

I love the subscription service as once I knew they worked for me it took all the work out of it! The changes for me have been more energy, less low moods and that feeling of dragging myself around the place. It also gives me the energy to do the other things that also help e.g strength training, bit of yoga and cold water dips and swimming. I began taking key for her collagen and perimenopause supplements nearly 3 months ago as I was experiencing a frozen shoulder in early 2023 (which can be a sign of lowering estrogen- I’m 41) and the density of my hair was thinning. My shoulder began feeling 100 times better in about 3 weeks to the point where it’s now 90% pain free and mobile which is amazing. My skin feels plumper from the collagen and I’m sure my hair is improving. I think it will take some time before I can definitely say the density in my hair is better as it’s more of a slower process due to the rate of growth but I’m definitely hopeful that I’ll see a considerable change in the next few months. I’m sure my mood has improved as well, I don’t feel as irritable. I will keep taking these supplements because whether it’s because of them or not my day to day life has definitely improved!
