KF-Direct provided excellent service in helping me to find the correct replacement cable for my in-house display connected to my smart meter. Neither Eon nor the smart meter manufacturer could be bothered to do this and both merely said the cable was not available - code for We Don't Care - unlike KF-Direct.
The cable reached me very quickly and it fits and it works so I am a very happy bunny.
It is a pleasure doing business with KF-Direct.

Illegally refusing to refund me
In addition to my last review, KF Direct is continuing to maintain that they have not received the item and will thus not be refunding me despite sharing with them multiple times the proof of postage.
I have since submitted a letter before court detailing your deceptive business practices that explicitly breach your legal obligations as a trader under the UK's Consumer Contract Regulations and expect a prompt response.
