Bought as a gift for my son during their Easter Sale, the quality of the chain and bracelet is excellent. Pieces feel expensive and have a premium feel. Quick shipping and great packaging to top it off, very impressed!

Put a complaint in about wanting to return a bracelet I ordered as it didn’t fit, they finally emailed me back asking if I wanted to exchange but said I just wanted to return and now they haven’t replied in 4 days. Poor customer service.

I ordered a bracelet from this company and when it arrived I just decided on a different one. The packing and quality was fantastic though!! I then had to request a refund and after seeing some reviews was a bit wary but they’ve been amazing! Alex updated me continuously and I got a reply to every mail I sent. Customer service was fantastic!!!!! Highly recommend

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Useless customer services!

I ordered a bracelet in December which was unfortunately too small & a bit tacky therefore as per stated on their website, I emailed them to organise a return. I had no response. I continued to email again to no reply. Therefore I raised an issue with my CC company. And after 6 weeks of them denying my claim & me having every email to state otherwise, I’ve finally got my refund.

Don’t order unless you want to get ripped off! It’s a good job I had protection with my bank!

Top tier quality Cuban chain, bought a couple over the years but this is exactly what I was looking for. Great colour and clasp mechanism, premium packaging and quick delivery. Highly recommend Khral!

Just to start off the products are always good. They never tarnish and I’m always getting complements on them.

However, I placed an order a while ago in late November, I ordered the wrong size (my mistake), so I sent an email to get an exchange.

I got a reply (within 3 days which is very good customer service imo) stating that
“ We've got a new 8" bracelet coming in for you, as we've got limited site stock due to Christmas. As soon as the spare bracelet arrives, we'll send you an exchange label and get the right size out for you as soon as possible. Hope that helps mate!”

Which is fair enough, however it’s been over a month now and I’ve still not heard anything, until an email to leave a review.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I bought a bracelet for my son for Christmas. But I ordered a size to small. We had 6 days before Christmas, not only did Alex arrange for the smaller size ro be collected he managed to get the right size delivered on time and still sent an additional gift. To top it off The bracelet is gorgeous too. Thank you so much for your swift action and amazing after sales service. It was a pleasure dealing with such competence.
