I have bought and been gifted several pieces from the Joulberry collection over the last fifteen years, all exceptional, so when my Dad left my son his gold signet ring I had no hesitation in entrusting it to Sandra to resize for him. We are all so happy with the result, Sandra came to our home to size it and hand-delivered it back and my son hasn't taken it off since. Joulberry did a fantastic job for a very special piece, the service is second to none and I would recommend very highly. Thank you Sandra.

We recently got married. We were wanting to exchange wedding rings. We knew Joulberry well from previous purchases so approached them to see if they could provide us with the rings. Sandra came to our house and helped us make our choice and arranged for them to be made. She also personally delivered them. They are beautiful, very simple 18ct gold bands. It meant such a lot to us to have them from Joulberry as we feel we have a personal relationship with them. Thank you Sandra. You made our wedding day so very special.

I have bought or been bought several pieces of jewelry from Jouleberry over the years and have never been disppointed. Most recently I purchased a silver link bracelet for my daughter to replace the one she lost. It needed adjusting and Sandra had on record how many links needed removing. My daughter was thrilled. Service is always excellent as is the the presentation packaging. I for one will continue to shop here.

Sandra made a gold necklace to replace a lost piece. This was planned very carefully with photos and a phone call to make sure it is exactly correct and I am delighted with it , it is perfect .

I had two silver bangles made for my sister for a special birthday she absolutely loves them and never takes them off . Sandra hand delivered them to me and they came beautifully wrapped . They are completely unique would highly recommended Sandra and her beautiful jewellery .

The designers are the shop owners, and each piece is therefore a part of their thought process and skill with precious materials. When it meets with your own tastes and ideas the purchase makes itself.
They are a friendly shop and listen to what you want and can therefore deliver you what you need.
