Cheap product price but never shipped the goods, broken promise after broken promise, even after requesting a refund, they never refunded me, had to open a claim with my credit card company in the end went on for over 7 weeks

Ordered an item, thankfully only 1, on the 12th July.

Took my money, never sent the item.

Get the occasional email saying they're investigating where it is.

Scam!

I had placed an order around 9th June and still haven’t received it. As other users have mentioned someone from the Customer Care named ‘Mary’ replies to the emails every now and then and says the order is in transit! BIG SCAM!! Please please please DO NOT ORDER from this site.

Ordered 2nd July, haven’t had my order. I was on maternity leave and spent my last £30 with them on things for my daughter. Tried to cancel my order they said I couldn’t it had already been shipped. It was originally showing as delivery expected this week, trackings fake, orders fake, websites closed. Nothings working, no ones replying that’s money I didn’t have down the drain! Absolutely waste of time. Even connected to the shop app which I thought was all legit, clearly not.

I’m also having the same issues. I’ve paid out over £300 back in march and I’ve still not received my order or refund. I’ve been chasing regularly since June and I keep getting emails back from ‘Mary’ saying I will get my money back and thanking me for my ‘patience’ . I believe this company is a scam - does anyone get their orders? I didn’t realise it was a Chinese company when I originally ordered.

SCAM!! missing parcel, said its delivered on 9th August, Evri have no record of ever receiving the parcel. AVOID, going to contact the ombudsman. Wish i had read the reviews before ordering.

Despicable! Complete scam. Stay clear.

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely appalling website/ service. Reading other reviews this company are scammers who rob people’s money. A few replies from useless Mary, no item delivered and no refund issued. Absolutely disgusting.

Placed a order on the 28th July this year 13 emails still on going talk to Mary who ever she maybe . Just like living next door to Alice who the .... is Alice. Asked for refund just get a rubbish response saying it pending . Stay away do not order at any cost

I’m currently experiencing the same issue as most other customers.
I placed an order over a month ago and apparently it was delivered on 12th August by Royal Mail. I never received a parcel nor a missed delivery slip!
I’ve emailed the company twice and haven’t received a response. Please tell me how companies like this can get away with this! This company must be run by a scam artist.

Paid for 2 items back on the 1st July and still have not received them. Contacted them keeps getting an email to say will check and get back to me.

Order placed back in June 25 - Child”s sensory toy still not arrived 2 months later!! I have contacted Mary (whoever Mary is) to find out where this is and to arrange a refund - had numerous messages/excuses but still no satisfactory outcome! DO NOT USE THIS SITE - an absolute disappointment on every level!

TOTAL SCAM!!!! Doesn’t even deserve a single star. It has been over 2 months since I placed my order. Have a Yodel tracking number which isn’t valid. There is no way to contact them. I emailed but got no response. Now the store doesn’t even exist!

Ordered item in 11th July for my grandsons 1st birthday on 3rd August still no goods. Contacted them countless times, Mary sometimes replies but its just nonsense information. Tracking is information is fake. Contacted my CC company who refunded me and are investigating. Don't touch this company with a barge pole!!!!

Ordered from my daughter with special needs beginning of July now nearly September not received keep emailing them they just keep saying I will get a refund and don’t worst site ever! Needs reporting and shutting down !

I reported this website in July to the relevant authorities asking for it to be shut down to prevent people being scammed further and it seems it has been shut down now.

same as the other reviews. you dont recieve the item and when you email Mary promises to look into it. got an tracking from evri who delivers to an address nor yours an cant be sorted my evri. I only spent £10 but not the point. £10 down, wish I would of read the reviews.

Scam, scam
This company has demonstrated questionable business practices. I placed an order for a 4 in 1 Gym on July 15, 2025; however, the order has yet to arrive. I have sent multiple emails regarding this matter and received a response from an individual named Mary, who informed me that my order is still in the processing stage and will arrive soon. It is now August 27 and still no delivery. You are wicked to do these things to a pregnant lady and also mothers.

SO ANGRY.
Ordered a clock for my daughter ONE month ago, she’s been so excited.
I got told it was on its way - now there website doesn’t exist? So now I’ve wasted £30 and nothing to show for it and an upset child.
Total scum

Ordered 9th July, said dispatched, no tracking, no nothing. Continuous emails making excuses and promises!! From MARY, taking them to small claims court!! They should not be trading.
They think im going to leave it and let them keep my money. NOT Happening.
Honestly fake website, fake people, fake trading.
AVOID at all costs. Actually minus 10 stars.
