Always had good experiences with this company, items are usually shipped and delivered faster than expected considering theyre coming from China. The one time I had an issue with my product customer service was prompt to respond and flawless at fixing my issue. Just all around great.

Excellent service, and company ships items as fast as they can - arrives to my country(NZ) in about a week, which is very impressive! They also package every order I have made super well - they even go the lengths to make sure your package won’t get damaged from weather. I trust Kikigoods as a company and recommend them to other figure collectors. They also have sales which are very good deals if you are trying to get more for your money.

As always, the products were amazing and the prices were reasonable. I purchased slightly damaged packages, but everything arrived safely. Very pleased with the items I received!

I've had good experiences with the Kikagoods service, especially if you join their Discord. They answer fairly fast.

I ordered some Bubble Egg figures and they arrived really quickly considering they travelled halfway across the world. They were boxed really well to avoid any damage to the items which I appreciated. I will definitely be buying my Bubble Eggs from here in the future! The little cat paw keyring I got was adorable too.

Kikagoods is an ok site to get blind boxes from, especially those only offered on this website, but they take a long time to send out and I noticed they charge you before they send the product out. My blind box took a long time to get through customs, was broken, crushed and opened, order at your own risk.

This site hooked me when I bought three adorable insect figures for my grown, bug-loving kids. They arrived with their packaging in excellent condition, brand new, and looking exactly as depicted. Sure, it was a little pricey and took longer to ship than it would have had I tried finding them on Amazon, but I always get weird scuffed, defective, and/or broken toys from Amazon. It feels like Kikagoods actually cares.

Kikagoods has so many fun and adorable things, it is a place were i can finally let the child in me free.

I ordered a wrong item and wanted to exchange it, but the vendor failed to understand my request. Their reply was completely irrelevant to my request and when I repeated my request in simpler English they did not respond.

My order was correct, and I had so much fun opening the blind boxes great service! If you’re into buying blind boxes this is the best place to get them at a discounted rate :) They kept me updated with my order via email and using the app shop. 10/10 will be ordering again :D

I’ve already submitted a request on the actual website but I ordered the Mother’s Day box and it came in time thankfully but it didn’t come with what was advertised and didn’t have any of the items that are on the kika goods website appart from one which was advertised on the website but arrived with a missing piece. I would have been happy with anything in the actual website and anything in the promo photos but it came with things not on the kika goods website . I’m very sad about this as the person it was bought for was so exited for this to arrive and now they’re very sad. And all the products prices off different websites doesn’t even make the amount of money we paid which in our country was almost one hundred dollars. I’ve submitted a thing to customer service but have not gotten a reply about this. We would like to send it back as no refund required we’re just disappointed and sad with the outcome , hope this can be resolved.

Update: the customer service was fantastic and they have agreed to send me a replacement for the broken one from a series that I actually like quite a lot, definitely buy from them they seem like very kind people
