Bought multiple items and they came well packaged in a reused box (very eco); arrived quickly but there was no despatch email, so they were (pleasantly) surprisingly early! Actual item was something sold out in lots of other places, so really pleased.

We are sorry to hear that both items did not arrive in time for your grandson's birthday. However, some items are dispatched by partner companies, a few of which are based overseas. Lost in transit but customer service was great
I ordered for my toddlers first day at preschool, the item never arrived due to courier loosing it. Despite this the customer service was very responsive.
