We purchased this machine to help us during our surrogacy journey abroad, hoping for reliability during a high-stress period with our newborn. Sadly, the machine failed almost instantly with a permanent E6 error that no amount of troubleshooting will clear.
When we contacted customer service, we were met with a "Senior Review" that felt like a scripted refusal. They informed us that because we are abroad, our warranty is void. They also claimed the E6 error is "not a manufacturing fault," despite it being a widely documented issue with their internal sensors.
It is incredibly upsetting to spend this much on a "luxury" item only for it to become a plastic weight when you need it most. If you need a machine that actually works and a company that stands by its customers, look elsewhere.

The Lascal BuggyBoard Max Plus has genuinely made such a difference. It's so easy to attach to the pushchair, feels really sturdy, and gives my toddler the choice to sit or stand when little legs get tired. The saddle seat is perfect for longer walks, and when she doesn't need it, it just folds away neatly. All my communication with Cheeky Rascal has been positive. They have been great.

The Laacal buggy board has become a staple for us, anyone with more than 1 child needs! It makes life easier, no more moaning their feet hurt as they can simply hop on the board! Don’t hesitate, grab yours today!

We recently got the Buggy Board for our 3 year old, after having our second baby. What a fab design, it means I can take both girls out by myself and my eldest can ride on the buggy board if she gets tired or we need to walk a bit faster. I love that you can clip it up out of the way when it's not in use!

Bought the Lascal KiddyGuard gate, which now seems to be owned by Cheekyrascals, and the gate requires a “wall installation kit” if you have skirting boards. This is sold separately, but seems to be not sold at all anywhere, even on their website, rendering the baby gate completely useless.

UPDATE: Don’t buy this baby gate, full stop. Customer service have been helpful and allowed me to buy the wall installation kit. However the instructions for this, and the baby gate itself are awful - references other pages where the reference on that page doesn’t exist, lots of illustrations that don’t make sense etc. I’ve currently spent 4 hours trying to figure it out, watching YouTube videos (don’t be fooled by how easy the YouTube videos make it look) etc, and I’ve only got the gate stuck to the wall. Now onto the actual locking strip, I’m expecting another few hours.
