I had entered my address incorrectly, so the package was going to be delivered to the wrong address. However, Kinfill’s customer service sorted everything out right away! Hats off to them!

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Have emailed 3 times to cancel my subscription as my subscription page on the online portal is not working but have not received any response, just lots of marketing emails. Another delivery is still pending despite me emailing a fortnight ago.

Avoid ordering!

Ordered a month ago, really poor communication to only receive part of the order. Still missing items. They won't respond to any emails or refund what was not sent. Shame as they have a nice product. Will need to now contact my bank to try and get money back.

Zeer slechte aftersales en info omtrent bestelling

Mijn review is gebaseerd op de aftersales. De producten zijn super fijn ruiken heerlijk en zien er prachtig uit. Echter, wanneer je vragen hebt over bv je levering of andere dingen (na aankoop) is het heel lastig om een reactie te krijgen. En, de levering laat lang op zich wachten, waarbij je na bestelling en betaling ook geen tussentijdse reactie krijgt. Je staat dus in de wacht en weet niet wanneer je wat kunt verwachten. Als nieuwe klant kan je dat het gevoel geven dat de partij niet levert. Op de site geven ze aan dat verzending tot 5 werkdagen kan duren, dat komt niet overeen met de werkelijkheid.
Ander mooi voorbeeld. Ik bestel op maandag om 23.45 een grote bestelling en nog geen 1,5 uur later krijg ik een andere aanbieding met extra korting omdat ze me missen..... Hierover mail je dan en dan blijft enige reactie uit.

Dat maakt dat de review slecht is. Ik vind dan ook dat zij nog veel winst te behalen hebben t.a.v. dat punt. Als dat goed is krijgen zij van mij 5 sterren.

Yet to try their products although they look beautiful and good value for eco-conscious products but wanted to say I’m not too happy about being roped into a subscription that has a minimum contract of at least 3 repeats. I am happy keeping subscriptions, but found it sneaky they don’t say anything about this contract notice and also even worse on their website it says ‘cancel any time!’. I just don’t like dishonest companies with poor integrity… (they also don't address it in their reply- why can't customers have the option to cancel without having to contact a customer support that is unresponsive??)

Edited: A bit disappointing they seem to only help customers here that leave bad reviews- my Trustpilot account email is not the same email as the one I've placed my orders. I don't think that should mean that they shouldn't help me with my original email just because that ones not associated with kicking up a big fuss? So I'm a bit confused why they don't help out all customers that send them queries and ask for help; just because the email I ordered with hasn't been used to write a bad review here it seems like they won't reply to all other emails they receive unless you leave them a 1-star here!!

Worth the wait

Although there was a delay due to a busy period, Julia had been not only extremely responsive but also extremely helpful in answering all my questions and keeping me updated. Looking forward to getting our refills when it comes time.

8 days after order I still have no news

I feel horrible to leave this review as they seem such a nice company but my experience it’s very bad. On their website they state orders are shipped the next working day, but it’s now 8 days I placed my order and I still haven’t heard from them. I wrote them few 4 days ago and received no reply. Because of the delay in the shipping and my incoming holidays I am left in such an uncomfortable situation I have to leave this review here to see if they will reply, I hate doing this!

No clear updated delivery status

Latest update: I edited my rating as I finally received a reply from Julia, as she had been sick over the past week, and I have now received a refund. I like Kinfill products, so I will make another purchase and hopefully won’t have any more issues with UPS.

It’s been nearly two weeks, and I still haven’t received any clarification from Kinfill customer service about when my new parcel will be delivered🙁 I was told that it is being handled by Julia on 1st July, but no further updates until now.

Just for context, the delivery driver failed to deliver the parcel, took it away, and marked it as delivered. There’s also no photo proof from UPS! Fortunately, everything was captured on my Ring video. I’ve followed up a couple of times since Julia's reply, but still waiting a response. I'm at the point, maybe it's best to issue a refund.

I ordered more than three months ago…

Latest update: I had to cancel subscription after receiving wrong items. Knowing that it takes forever to get a reply from support I just cannot deal with this company anymore. Guys, you have real chaos in your processes and you need to fix it.

I ordered more than three months ago and still haven't received it. They're not replying to my emails anymore, and it's not possible to get a refund through the website, so I've just lost my money :(

Update: Sorry I had to leave a negative review, in this case it was the only way to get a response because my emails weren't reaching Kinfill team for some reason. My order has now been refunded, and I'm actually going to order more because I really like the product — just not the limited edition that caused such a long wait and is forever out of stock!

Die Produkte sind eigentlich okay

Die Produkte sind eigentlich okay, aber der Kundenservice ist quasi nicht existent. Bestellt lieber woanders.
Anfragen werden einfach komplett ignoriert.

PS: Nach dieser Bewertung, haben sie sich über den WhatsApp Support gemeldet und mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass ebendieser gar nicht mehr aktiv ist. Das war dann natürlich ein bisschen doof. Mein Problem wurde anschließend zufriedenstellend gelöst, so dass ich die Bewertung nach oben korrigiere.

Great from start to finish

Great from start to finish. Shout out to Julia, who answered a stupid question with charm and diplomacy.
I placed an order on the 12th of the month and received it on the 16th in the UK
The aluminium spray bottles were well packaged, they are lovely colours, look fabulous and are lightweight, I can't wait to use them.
Kinfill will definitely stay on my radar.

Zeer slechte service na verkoop

Fijne productjes, niets op aan te merken, totdat je de klantenservice nodig hebt.
één van de zeepflacons was gebarsten, waardoor ik een aanvraag deed tot retourneren. Ze vertelde me dat ik het flacon niet moest terugzenden, maar ze mij wel een nieuwe zouden bezorgen.
Order #12899 geplaatst 7 maart 2025, 18 maart klantenservice benaderd, geen nieuw product verzonden hoewel ze dit wel beloofd hebben. 21 april opnieuw benaderd via de klantendienst, 22 april werd er een 'onderzoek' opgestart waarna ze mij iets zouden laten weten: vandaag 12 mei nog steeds geen vervanging of antwoord.
Ik wacht nog steeds een vervolg af.

Abysmal customer service

Abysmal customer service from Julia. Received an incorrect order, having to chase them down, they reply once and never again. Still have not received the missing item. You also never know if your products ship, you sort of discover it by yourself if you check up on your order. Really bad follow-up.
