Parfait comme d’habitude , j’adore les produits et les senteurs Kinfill

Smelled lovely, cleaned my yoga mat well and didn’t leave a residue. I liked the bottle it came with as it had a strong spray.

Diesmal hat die schnelle Lieferung nicht geklappt, aber nach einem kurzen Anruf kam die Meldung die Ware wird demnächst verschickt und als Trost bekam ich noch ein kleines Geschenk. Darüber habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Trotzdem gebe ich gerne 5 Sterne, da die Produkte sehr gut und ergiebig sind.

Placed an order over a week ago and haven’t still got any confirmation on the shipping nor are they responding to my emails. It can be high season and what not but this customer care is not acceptable. I highly suggest at least putting together some automation emails apologizing about the delay.

It was my first time ordering directly from the website, as I thought it’s better for the company, but hey.. not sure if I’ll return. Just really hope to get my order any time soon

Leider nicht so gut wie erwartet.
Der Geruch wirkt etwas künstlich und ist weit schwächer als bei echten premium Produkten.
Die Konsistenz ist allerdings das schlimmste. Sehr dünnflüssig, ungleich echten Premium Seifen. Lieferung und Bezahlung lief problemlos, daher 3 Sterne.

Snelle levering, gemakkelijk te bestellen. Kinfill biedt abonnement aan dus ik krijg automatisch de navullingen. Superhandig!
Ik gebruik nu bijna alle producten en wil niets anders meer. Mooie bottles in je keuken en badkamer en heerlijke geuren die het schoonmaken een plezier maken!! Voor mij 5 sterren!

Très beau pulvérisateur et recharges en verre très pratiques. Nettoyant délicieusement parfumé, facile et rapide à préparer, agréable à utiliser.

Producten fantastisch, klantenservice drama. Je krijgt ze niet te pakken, reageren niet of weken later.

Nogmaals ik ben echt heel blij met Kinfill, mooi producten, ruikt heerlijk, maakt goed schoon en een fijne klantenservice. Ik had zelf iets niet goed met m’n e-mail gedaan waardoor ik mn abonnement niet kon aanpassen én had iets verkeerds ingevuld qua abonnement. Dat hebben zij voor mij meer dan prima opgelost!

The products are beautiful and the idea of refillables is great.. It's just the quality of the products should be improved a bit - the container with spray is leaking and it was really frustrating to "open" the empty pump bottles and make them work. So the idea and the aesthetics are awesome but there is a space for improvement..

Delivery of spray pump took Germany took 2 weeks. Customer support did not react to question.
Bottle look nice and sturdy though only time will tell whether the pump mounted on top of the bottle is of good quality

Bottles are aesthetically pleasing and I was happy with the free bottle of handwash which smells divine!
The fault is the bottles were only wrapped in paper and if not handled correctly by delivery drivers, it may have been smashed. I think when delivery is £9, the packaging should be better. Other than that, no issues!

Snelle levering, mooie kleur aluminium fles, altijd makkelijk bij de hand om af te nemen bij ongelukjes in keuken en bij de eettafel.

Instagram ad victim here, but Kinfill’s products and their waste-free mission just immediately caught my eye. As someone who’s a bit of a cleaning -product enthusiast, I love the idea of treating myself to beautiful, eco-friendly bottles that make the cleaning experience feel even more enjoyable.
I ordered the aluminium ever bottle, textile spray, room spray, and diffusers. The ceramic holders are a lovely addition, though unfortunately, a few arrived broken. However, Kinfill went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and with such kindness. They even hand-delivered the replacements to ensure there were no further issues.
I’m absolutely in love with the scents and the overall aesthetic of their products, and their customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend Kinfill to anyone who wants to elevate their cleaning routine with both beauty and sustainability. I’m also really excited to see what other products they will offer in the future!
