Appalling customer service. I placed my order (12155) on 25th Jan (1 month ago) for a birthday present. Still had heard nothing by 5th Feb and the parcel had apparently stalled at Dartford. They said they would send an express replacement but UPS stated they never received the package. The customer service team have not replied to my last 2 emails. I have still not received either the original package or the express replacement. It is potentially an issue with customs/Brexit/UPS but the lack of resolution and the amount of chasing I am having to do is appalling. If you are ordering for delivery to the UK then beware.

Ich habe am 12.01.2025 eine Bestellung per Vorkasse aufgegeben, aber nur eine Teillieferung erhalten. Nach Rücksprache (per email) mit dem Händler bekam ich nach einigen Tagen die Antwort, dass das fehlende Produkt sobald wie möglich nachgesendet wird.Damit war ich einverstanden. Mehrere Nachfragen per email, am 15.02. und am 20.02.2025 blieben unbeantwortet, die Ware ist bis heute nicht geliefert. Ich bin verärgert.

Het was een fijne ervaring, mooie producten, ze ruiken erg lekker! Zijn natuurlijk, dat is helemaal geweldig!

Wat ik erg jammer vind, ik zie veel minder glazen flessen in het assortiment. Dat hoort echt bij het mooie en natuurlijke product.

Aluminium kleven toch behoorlijk wat nadelen aan. Echt zonde, hierdoor biedt ik het een ander echt minder snel aan. De glazenfles is een echte eye catcher daar kan een aluminium fles niet aan tippen. Geef mensen dan de keuze. Mvg Petra Wilmsen

1 van mijn bestellingen is stuk, heb een berichtje gestuurd en nog steeds geen reactie. Beetje teleurstellend, vooral van zo’n eerste bestelling.

I ordered multiple products and the all have beautiful design combined with high quality all at a great price/quality ratio. On top of that, there was an issue beyond their control due to the carrier, and yet the customer service was extremely kind and reactive. Highly recommended!

Product werd pas verzonden toen ik belde dat ik maar niets ontving. Werd toen wel meteen verstuurd.

Producten wel heel fijn!

Mijn refills komen in het brievenbus. Ze waren goed en mooi verpakt. De verpakking kun je ook makkelijk bewaren.

maandag besteld, niks meer vernomen en geen reactie op mails/whatsapp. Ze zeggen op de website dezelfde dag te versturen.

I love the products but the delivery & customer service is unreliable. I ordered multiple times and things arrive incomplete or damaged and when I ask the customer service they say they’ll look into it and then nothing happens. Frustrating to have to chase this and having an insufficient experience with the product.

Na wat communicatieve storing prima geholpen door zeer vriendelijke dames.

Wait weeks for a response from customer service. Send my order in 2 parts without informing me in advance, it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received the second parcel with no reference for when it will be shipped.

Update** I received the second part a month late and all of the contents are destroyed, ceramic pieces shattered or chipped and the diffusers and room sprays leaked over the rest of it. I was told the reason my package took so long is they had been dealing with breakages and wanted to ensure mine was protectively packaged … just stacking them in their paper boxes without any bubblewrap I’m not surprised everything is destroyed.

I’m sure I will have to wait a while to hear back once again.

I love the candles and all the beautiful bottles. All liquid smells so good in my house
