Once again great quality and service from King crab with an added bonus.....a rare blue lobster which made our special occasion even more special. Thank you Vanessa for the e-mail letting us know how rare they are. Will be ordering again very soon.

We ordered 12 dressed crab and 1 kg wild lemon sole.
Everything was excellently packed and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed quality and freshness of the produce. We are happy to recommend this company . Efficient from start to finish

Excellent service My salmon failed to arrive on the appointed day, but turned up the following day in a badly damaged box and with all the chilling pouches completely soft and warm.

Vanessa, who answers King Crab's telephone queries, was unfailingly helpful and when I explained what had happened arranged for me to have a substitute order with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency.

It was a real pleasure to deal with someone as courteous and effective.

Well packaged favourites: Argentinian shell on prawns, which are delicious. Have used King Crab for several years and never been let down.
Staff are efficient and friendly, even when I was having a whinge about the late delivery - NOT King Crab's issue, FedEx again!!

What fantastic service I have received from King Crab. Easy to navigate website, excellent delivery service and excellent customer service. I have ordered numerous times from this supplier and their fish and shell fish is always exceptional, very well packed and arrives as fresh as a daisy. Cannot recommend them enough. Have tried other suppliers and they are not a patch on King Crab.

As a result of a slight mix up with my order, all I needed to do was to place a quick phone call to Vanessa and it was sorted out with a delivery for the very next morning. No fuss no inquisition, just brilliant service.

Just received my first delivery, the plaice was fantastic really fresh and just the right size.Everything else was brilliant too. Delivery was spot on, came exactly within the hour they said it would, Will certainly use again

I ordered a side of smoked salmon which was sold as D cut in smaller middle section slices. It arrived as promised on the day of delivery (31st May) and went into the fridge immediately. It came in a large polystyrene box but only one cooler pack which was warm on arrival. On the Saturday of Jubilee weekend with 11 of us here for a party, I opened the salmon to find it was not D cut, but sliced along the whole salmon making it not so easy to prepare for the buffet. However whilst 'skin on' with D cut may have been only a small amount of skin, with a long sliced cut there was over 8oz of unusable salmon left with skin on, and despite attempting to skim this off, it was not possible. I've tried ringing since then but all I get is an answerphone saying 'stay on the line'. Hence a Trustpilot review instead. It tasted lovely, but was a disappointment in that it was not D cut, and the amount of wastage negated the extra weight of the side itself. So I will not purchase from this firm again.

July 7th - There won't be a next time I can promise you. There is no excuse for such a late response to a customer's complaint, and it reflects badly on your organisation. I ordered D cut, and was sent a cut which entailed a lot of waste. Simply not good enough.

We ordered a box of Snow Crab clusters 5-8ozs 10lbs box great value and arrived on time. Probably the best Snow Crab we have ever tasted.

Excellent service and great choices of fresh, frozen fish and seafood too and well packed also delivery too Vanessa on customer services very helpful and friendly. We would recommend them to family and friends always 🙂

In the quality/price ratio King Crab is hard to beat. The quality of fresh and smoked fish is especially good and the cooked whole crabs are just marvellous. I struggle to find a criticism, but if pressed I have found the 454g frozen squid disappointing. The packaging, which is so important in perishable produce, is top notch; as is the overnight delivery.

I have bought from this Company many times previously, and have always been pleased with the freshness and quality of the products.
The packaging and delivery just round off an excellent service.

I received an email from King Crab telling that they had special fresh monfish, I made an order inmediatly and I received the best fresh monkfish ever.
This is the best online fishmonger I ever got, and I have tried several, the product quantities are never short, they use DPD to send the product and you know exactly when it will be at your door. Perfectly packaged, in different boxes one frozen one fresh.
If some product is missing they phone you asking if they should send the rest or wait till the order is fullfilled.
Prices are very adecuate.

Excellent service and fabulous product makes for a great shopping experience

We have been searching for an online supplier of best quality seafood for over a year. Every supplier we have looked at so far has not been able to satisfy our requirements for a wide range of wild (not farmed) fish and shellfish. Our first delivery from King Crab arrived today, on time, carefully packed and in perfect condition. The quality is superb. Your customer service is great too, very friendly and helpful. So glad we found you!
