Just had fresh hake and halibut delivered yesterday and as always the service was first class. Cooked some of the halibut last night to the recipe from J Sheeky's book and the quality of the halibut was stunning. Fine dining on a Tuesday night in January - what's not to like :-)

Called King Crab to buy some snails. Vanessa takes the call and says I have missed the cut off time but...order ASAP and she would try to fulfil the order. Filled out the order form and shortly afterwards a cheery Vanessa is on the phone to say its been packed and DPD will deliver the next day. The parcel arrived in perfect condition. Love the CAN DO attitude. Many, many thanks!!

I recently put my 8th order in at King Crab, except this time I ordered a week ahead of the date I wanted by mistake.

After noticing my error a few days later, all it took was one email explaining my situation and I received a response straight away from my savior Vanessa.

They were very friendly and quickly changed the delivery date so I would get my order before the weekend (with only 24hours notice!) and essentially saved my Sunday dinner.

I have previously done a review on the quality of food which is... beyond amazing... and now I can add extremely good customer support to the list of reasons why King Crab is the only place I go when I need my seafood.

We buy all our seafood from King Crab. It's always excellent. We recently had a delivery issue due to FedEx messing up the shipping. Vanessa at KC has been fantastic at sorting out the mess and communication was excellent all the way through. Looking forward to fresh Whitby crab for supper tonight.

I’ve used King Crab several times over the years when I’m looking for something out of the ordinary and of superior quality. Never been disappointed and their special offers are extremely good value too. Deliveries are prompt and the packaging and ice packs mean the fish is still deep frozen in good condition. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I have ordered from KC numerous times over the last couple of years. Their service is excellent as is the quality of their products. There's some real high end stuff for special occasions but also everyday value products. Their smoked salmon is cheaper than the supermarket and so much better!

Great service

Ordered a delivery from these guys and then realised that I wouldn't be in when it arrived. Nobody wants a box of crabs left on the doorstep during the summer, the little buggers are likely to come back from the dead and attack me when I get home from work. A quick email to the orders department and had a nice friendly reply from Vanessa to say that she had changed my delivery times. This is the kind of service and flexibility I look for in online ordering. Thanks so much for saving me from the undead crab attack Vanessa, will look forward to enjoying nice fresh, non-hostile, seafood just a few days later :D
