My Norwegian family told me to find a good fish monger and try something new, which for them would have to be King Crab. It arrived today in lots of ice ,nicely packet and friendly delivery. Melted butter and lemon was all it needed. The crabmeat was beautifully cooked, top score for taste. If lockdown has tought us one thing its, treat yourself to the best. I've been using King Crab for a while now and really rate the fresh whole turbot as well as the frozen items. Very responsive customer service too. Would highly recommend for anyone who loves fish & seafood.

I love the King Crab Legs. Ordered them twice and they were delicious . The customer service is superb. They are quick to help you with any questions you may have. The delivery was great and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I have been ordering my seafood from King Crab for a few years now. The reason why is; the fish is super fresh, halibut is unbelievable, the frozen king prawns are huge and amazing and the crab and green mussels are better than anywhere else I have every bought from. Great special offers. The service is super quick with designated days for delivery and it arrives in excellent packaging to keep it at temperature ready for the fridge or freezer. I cannot recommend this company enough. First class product and service, every time.

Have been ordering our fish and king crab legs from King Crab for a number of years. Service and product are excellent & reliable as always.

Top quality fish and shellfish delivered to my door in perfect condition. The packing boxes make perfect insulated propagators for my seeds in the greenhouse.

My first delivery today but definitely not the last ordered in advance chose the date required and voila they DPD notified me they were delivering the day before ,this order was mainly frozen and it was , the dry ice packs used had done their stuff all in perfect frozen condition looking forward to the Paella on Good Friday .
Thanks my wife says she will buy me some King crab 🦀 for my Birthday in August but think we will order more before then with confidence 😊

Good bye local fishmonger, everything from ordering through to delivery was absolutely top class, well packed and looked and smelt fresh as a daisy, worked out far cheaper than my local fishmonger and even allowing for delivery charge was far cheaper.
Can now afford fish every day, can not praise King crab Co enough.

Reliable service, great products at competitive prices and excellent customer service

There's not much to look forward to at the moment and with my partner's birthday being the first anniversary of lockdown I was determined to do better than the cancelled dinner of last year and the thrown together moussaka as a result even if we did have it with a bottle of champagne (surprisingly good together!) I started looking around for something a bit special and what is more special than king crab legs and lobster?

It was easy to order, the delivery date was perfect and the pricing very sensible for what I ordered. Delivery was earlier this morning so there's time to defrost the crab for lunch time and the lobster for later today.

I will certainly order again and I won't wait a year to do it.

I am 74 and not technical. I had ordered 5 large bags of Cold Water prawns twice last year so when I went onto the web to order them this time my card payment wouldn't send. I phoned King Crab and a very nice voice answered my call. Her name was Vanessa and she talked me through what to do - when I wanted the delivery and I asked if I could pay over the phone. I was out of work hours by now and she said she would phone me back tomorrow. She did and her telephone manner and help was delightful. All my stress from thinking I couldn't get a payment through a couple of days ago had completely dissolved. I couldn't have had a more peaceful experience. My prawns - as Vanessa had promised - came this morning by FedEx. One of my very best and helpful experiences on the phone - I have bad hearing even with 2 hearing aids. Thank you Vanessa. I am so looking forward to eating these delicious prawns 100% better than any I have ever tried from a supermarket years previously. Blessings Linda Down

Very pleased with my order, everything arrived well packaged and most importantly still frozen.
Prawns were free flowing and tasty.
Crab legs were quite big - but tasty. There was a bit of variance in the amount of meat in the legs.

Our order has been delivered today and I am absolutely delighted! The whole order was extremely well packed and any frozen goods we still frozen solid!

I am particularly thrilled with the Conger Eel (have been trying to get some for YEARS!) and the Dogfish Backs (didn’t know I could still find it on sale & takes me back the fish & chips in London in ‘the old days’! The Cod Fillets and Smoked Haddock are both of a good size and quality & very well prepared.

Thank you so much for the brilliant fish and service. There are only two of us here, but once we’ve worked our way through this order …… I’LL BE BACK!

My order arrived promptly & very well packed.
Fresh fish was still chilled by the included ice pack & the frozen had dry ice packs added & remained solid.

Fresh kipper was large & nicely smoked with excellent flavour.
Frozen haddock fillets are large & when defrosted are nice & firm, unlike supermarket "fresh" fish.
Tried it pan fried & poached & flavour & texture excellent both times.

Absolutely brilliant service I would highly recommend 5 star customer service packed really well and super fast delivery thank you so much.

Just had a dozen oysters size and quality superb can certainly recommend Kingcrab and will be reordering very soon “can’t wait “😊
