As ever, just brilliant
As ever, just brilliant. Ordered Monday for Friday delivery and Fedex arrived at 08.02. I'd alerted KC that our road would be closed that day for council repairs - it was not a problem. Enough delicious Snow crab clusters, King crab sets, Manx kippers, & Dover sole to keep us going for a while …..until we're back to KC for some more. We will be.

Website & delivery excellent but the 2kg of 'crippled' lobster were sadly not good. Big but hollow claw shells with inedible black-green meat in the legs and a nasty looking growth on one of the tails. Family a bit disappointed.

We ordered a 5kg box of frozen shell on prawns, frozen dressed crab and chilled smoked salmon. All arrived the next day packed in polystyrene boxes with cooler blocks / dry ice. Everything was still frozen / chilled. Excellent supplier.

Really impressed with customer service…
Really impressed with customer service as I ordered fish for Christmas and the delivery from Fedex arrived 5 days late. I contacted them on Monday and was assured that the delivery would be that day but again Fedex screwed up so I called early on Tuesday and they agreed to resend the order which arrived Wednesday in perfect condition via DPD.
I am grateful for the rapid delivery and highly recommend the company and the quality of the seafood is excellent.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed in what I see as very lax approach to customer response.
Opened box to find breaded scampi everywhere. A bag that should have been sealed wasn’t. I was told it must have happened in transit and that it would fine to eat but I would not agree in either case. Did not issue refund until they realised l was doing a report and they changed their mind.
Ordered frozen scallops and picture showed a label saying 10% glaze but what they delivered was 35% glaze so I ended up paying 25% extra just for ice and getting 25%less product. Their response was “picture from different supplier” no apology or compensation or willingness to change way product is advertised so matter now in hands of Trading Standards.
Quality varied from good to,in the case of the white crab meat absolutely inedible and put in the bin.
Given the opportunity king Crab made no comment on this.
Have not as yet tried all items ordered so another report,good or bad will follow but at the moment I consider at least 40% is below or well below average

I got the delivery today. Seafood are fresh and packed neat and tidy .I ordered razed calm, squid and crevettes. The order delivered as requested date . Sales replied message rapidly.
Highly recommend to friends ☺️

Absolutely superb!
Absolutely superb! Order was delivered on time and frozen items still frozen solid. I have been going to Billingsgate for some of these products for years and the prices are just as competitive if not better. The New Zealand green lips are HUGE! They beat the ones I had when I was on NZ myself. Thanks King Crab, you are now my new supplier! How you can manage to sell Deal Bros. Cockles cheaper than the producer is beyond me...

Super delivery really well packaged and all good properly chilled / frozen on arrival. The salmon especially was a huge fish, so much larger than what I see in the shops.

Second to none
I have just received my second order of Frozen haddock fillets , kippers and fresh trout which were amazingly fresh and HUGE , also breaded cod ...we are more than delighted with the products and the friendly service . I would recommend this company to any one , My neighbours were also very pleased with their order of all manner of fish .I will continue to use King Crab in the future .

Placed our very first order via the King Crab company website. The various categories were easy to navigate through, and each item gave further details which was very useful. We’d always been a little wary of ordering fresh food on line, but we needn’t have worried.
The whole transaction was dealt with very professionally. The box of seafood and fish arrived the next day as promised. It was carefully packaged with extra ice block bags in polystyrene boxes. The fish was sympathetically placed, and not just thrown in. We immediately unpacked the items before splitting into our own freezer bags, and you could tell the fish and shellfish were as if they’d just come off the trawler. Will have no hesitation in using King Crab again. Congratulations to Vanessa and the team.

Great Fresh Fish
We've been buying our fresh fish from King Crab since the start of 'lockdown' - that's an order every 4/6 weeks (and we'll continue for as long as they're happy to supply the 'public') - the quality of fish is fantastic at a very fair price - apart from JUST one instance which was totally out of KCs control the delivery has been in the time-frame the couriers have advised. What a very nice company to buy from - shame all online retailers aren't the same

Great product, excellent customer service!
One good thing coming out of lockdown was discovering King Crab! I used to buy at my local fishmonger but haven't been back since using King Crab - same quality, better priced, convenient delivery slots and excellent customer service. Some favourites are the scallops, sea bream and cod cheeks.
