Excellent Quality fresh and frozen seafood. I ordered from king crab and was extremely impressed. I ordered crabs, breaded fish and frozen king prawns. Very impressed with customer service. I needed to change the delivery address and it was done very efficiently. Thanks goes to Vanessa who was superb in dealing with my queries.
Delivery was received on the date agreed and was very well packaged. Great service. I would highly recommend and will be ordering again.

We have purchased from King Crab for several years and have found the quality excellent along with the service. Recently we purchased some smoked haddock which was not the quality we have been used to and I e-mailed KingCrab to ask for their views. Within a few hours I received an e-mail saying they would refund me and look into the matter. I think you can often judge a company not just by the good but the not so good and they deserve 5 stars for the way they handled my problem. Will definitely continue to order.

Second time we have used King Crab as our normal haunt Billingsgate is still "out of bounds". Very professionally packed and delivered on time. Although more expensive that Billingsgate (retail versus wholesale), for some products the quality is better from King Crab.

Customer service is what makes or breaks a business when responding to problems and so far I have nothing praise for King Crab. Despite having a minor issue with the quality of part of my order Vanessa has dealt with this quickly and efficiently. Keep up the good work.

Excellent products not easily found elsewhere, and at a reasonable price.
An error on my behalf was spotted by Vanessa and quickly and efficiently solved ,so full marks for customer service as well as great seafood.

I placed my order and as per the notice on the website even though its next day delivery i was expecting the delivery the following week. The day after i placed the order i got an email from Vanessa explaining that part of my order wasnt available so would i like 2 separate delivery's or would i mind waiting, well i didnt see the email and 2 days later my full order arrived, so 3 days in total even WITH a stock issue, what fantastic service, needless to say when i saw the email i replyed explaining i hadnt seen it but my order was here in full.

Delivery was spot on time, packaging superb, and the quality and price of the fresh produce which included crab, cod and haddock was fantastic. Try sharing an order with your neighbour, or a member of your family to reach the minimum order price, and therefore save on delivery costs, you won't be disappointed.

As a first time buyer from King Crab / Premier Foods, I found the entire process very easy and quality of the service and produce was superb.
We ordered both King & Snow crabs and they were delivered as promised, well packed with plenty of ice and tasted fantastic!
We will definitely be a regular customer, highly recommend you give them a go if you want excellent quality crab!

As a first time user of King Crab, the online ordering was easy and the delivery spot on. I would also like to mention how helpful the staff in the office were when I had a few queries.

Bunch of Liars.
They promise a 'next day delivery' but it's THEIR next day delivery they mean! I ordered one day and think it will come the next. HA! They pack it when they think and then THEY send it 'next day': it's their rules, not the customers' and for that you pay £15?!?! Bunch of charlatans. We missed a very important function because of these wasters and all it would have taken was a phone call to which they will not respond under any circumstances: I know, I've tried three times so far; add to that, numerous emails. They must be doing well to afford to garner such reviews as these.

N.B. Have read their response, which took 22 days and can confirm: bunch of liars.

The delivery arrived 1 day late. And because of that the frozen seafood is all defrosted and has a very strong smell to it. I have tried to email them and call them but nothing don’t answer the phone call or the email. Save yourself the time and money don’t order from them.

Rubbish fish fingers.. dont bother, seems so cheap its made of cardboard

Bought whelks as a present for my Dad as simply can't source them on the South coast nowadays.

They phoned to say they couldn't deliver the Next Day but could the following day. All arrived as promised and my Dad was chuffed :)
