An update following my previous…
Received my funds finally but I don’t think I would have if I hadn’t badgered them continuously! I have requested for my account to be permanently closed and I will never play on their site and I’ll ensure I let others know about how they treat people. After depositing thousands they tried their very best to make something by up about chargebacks, I was never even given an explanation! I urge people to use a reputable casino site and not make the same mistake I did. There are MUCH better casino sites who value their players!
UPDATE: my withdrawal has been accepted and it’s marked as paid but still haven’t received this into my bank account. What a draining situation this is. I’ll update further once the funds hit my bank!
UPDATE: they have now put the £800 back into my account and I’m waiting for my withdrawal, I will update once I have received this.
An update following my previous reviews, my bank has confirmed no initiated chargebacks along with myself and the team have now decided they will take up to 30 for a resolution - I am in shock at how they have handled this situation, they have seemed to come up with something to not withdraw my £800 winnings and now I’m having to wait. What do you need to figure out? You have all evidence, bank statements, confirmation from my bank that all my deposits were settled. I have been a player on Kingshill’s for a long time happily taking 1000s of pounds in deposits but when I have a little win, trying their very best to make things up to not pay out - I’ll update when I get any further news or if I get my withdrawal. The court claim is ongoing and having to upload all messages from both parties.
