An update following my previous…
Received my funds finally but I don’t think I would have if I hadn’t badgered them continuously! I have requested for my account to be permanently closed and I will never play on their site and I’ll ensure I let others know about how they treat people. After depositing thousands they tried their very best to make something by up about chargebacks, I was never even given an explanation! I urge people to use a reputable casino site and not make the same mistake I did. There are MUCH better casino sites who value their players!
UPDATE: my withdrawal has been accepted and it’s marked as paid but still haven’t received this into my bank account. What a draining situation this is. I’ll update further once the funds hit my bank!
UPDATE: they have now put the £800 back into my account and I’m waiting for my withdrawal, I will update once I have received this.
An update following my previous reviews, my bank has confirmed no initiated chargebacks along with myself and the team have now decided they will take up to 30 for a resolution - I am in shock at how they have handled this situation, they have seemed to come up with something to not withdraw my £800 winnings and now I’m having to wait. What do you need to figure out? You have all evidence, bank statements, confirmation from my bank that all my deposits were settled. I have been a player on Kingshill’s for a long time happily taking 1000s of pounds in deposits but when I have a little win, trying their very best to make things up to not pay out - I’ll update when I get any further news or if I get my withdrawal. The court claim is ongoing and having to upload all messages from both parties.

Refusing to give back ‘cancelled’ transaction!
I deposited £50 which was unsuccessful yet still deducted from my bank account. I queried this with King Hills and they are doing their best to avoid refunding the money. I’ve provided bank statements and all the evidence they need but they keep going round in circles and avoiding giving me the money back. I’ve had to open a dispute case with my bank and I’ll be reporting King Hills.

Gave me a £5 free bet which was…
Gave me a £5 free bet which was great... At the time, the bet lost and then I deposited £20 separately, chancing my luck I won £152 raw cash with my own deposit. I thought happy days but once I looked at my balance they changed the balance to bonus funds with a max win of £43.
I have now been waiting over a week for them to get back to me, I have wrote to live chat over 20 times getting the same response saying "sports management is looking into it thanks for your patience"
The bonus funds expire in few hours so they practically are stealing £152 from me at this rate.
Other than that I have received fantastic service and would continue to use the site if the issue is resolved in a timely manner.
