Lying company that will make every excuse to keep your money
This company seems to be a scam
They advised me at 2pm today my verification would be done by 4pm then 4pm comes round and its between 7 to 8pm once 9.30pm comes round its 24 hours
They lie delete chats but luckily I have screenshotted everything
I'm waiting for a withdrawal of £2063.31p
They have done everything and all my documents have been submitted including photo id
It's a con when it's been escalated several times today
Nobody has come back to me and they don't seem interested paying out
I've now instructed a barrister to take legal action against this company
If you want to have to fight to get a payout go ahead
Everything in this review is true with evidence to back it up
They emailed me at 12.03am today and asked for my birth certificate which I provided evidence I had sent it 8 hours before
Its obvious that the agents are reading from a script as they all say the exact same thing all the time once I pointed this out to kingshill staff They refuse to answer and tell you they have to bring the chat to a end
I will update if 1 pigs can fly and 2 if a miracle happens and they actually pay me out at which point I will delete my review
They have now blocked my live chat absolute worst company I've ever dealt with
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
THEY ate now ignoring all the quests and not getting any replies
