King Palm has turned a bunch of thieves and liars, placed an order 2 weeks ago and still never received it, contacted them last week and they said they sent it out and sent me a tracking number, 6 days later the tracking number shows that UPS is still waiting for the package, tried to contact them by email and phone, and they just ignore you and do not respond, they have stolen over $150 on this order, anyone interested in this company should stay far away if you value your money, as you will receive only lies and no product.

I found an alternative to nicotine wraps.

Do not order from this company placed a order over a week ago and they never sent the package out and would not respond to emails the products are good but the customer service and shipping is ridiculous.

King palm is a trash company to work with if you’re a social media influencer they practice LOOKISM and only give influencer care packages to attractive women or men that look like supermodels. Their response time is horrible. They don’t know what they’re doing between their Instagram and the shipping department and whoever is running the Instagram making promises, not sending care packages following people then blocking them because you can’t hold up your shipping time is crazy. I told him I had a deadline for 420 and if they couldn’t meet it then I would have to move on with the other brands. They then called my Bluff like I had no other brands to Collab with so then I Collab with the other brand then they blocked me completely totally unprofessional. I was respectful and courteous with every message and they were sending me messages about even having respect like they’re my parents king palm is the most trash company ever they don’t want followers they literally want just the Legion of Gooner caves they use gooner marketing strategies, horrible company, horrible wraps there’s wraps are dry yeah and I’ve got screenshots to prove all of this i am a influencer with a 20k following they gave nothing but excuses use the same excuse about the shipping department and re-worded it and sent it to me about 12 different times wow they are sending influencer care packages to women on Instagram with 1000 followers to 500 followers. No following they’re just attractive and showing their boobs and smoking a king palm there hr is a joke and the person managing their social medias as a influencer if your not a supermodel your a regular guy with a following they won’t work with you they favor attractive women so they can push there products to kids kinda like only fans marketing for instagram look at there post im not lying

So I've ordered a bunch of various wraps, rolls and flavoured tips, everything was great! It all tasted good and rounded compared to other companies. Delivery was within 2 days! I ordered from kingpalm.eu and will continue to do so!

The best wraps hands down, but thats if your lucky enough to get a good package. Their quality control has slowly gone down throughout the years. every time I’ve ordered recently its a bunch of stepped-on bullshit that tastes dry, and canoes like a mofo

I placed an order for the limited edition bong on February 17th. Label was created on the 23rd and UPS has not received the package yet and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday! They do not answer emails nor do they pick up the phone. Horrible experience.

I loveeee this smoke shop, they have a bunch of variety when it comes to King Palm. From wraps in different sizes to flavored papers and filter tips. This is my go to smoke shop for anything King Palm related. Also very affordable than most shops.

I have submitted over a dozen emails UNANSWERED!!! They charged my card even though I asked them to cancel it and have refuse to respond to any of my emails. 0 stars. I have been a King Palm customer since they started and this is ridiculous! I use to love this company. Not only will I never purchase from King Palm again but I am telling EVERYONE what a shady company they are.

I love this store. What I like most are the King Palm products they have available, which are of great quality; they're absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it.
