I recently purchased the 8 piece Egg Geo bundle from Kings Baby Shop. I cannot recommend them enough. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and Lisa went above and beyond for me. Living in Limerick I thought it would be awkward, but this was not the case. She made my purchase super convenient. We can’t wait for baby to come to test out the wheels! Would recommend this shop. Buying a pram for our first baby and the shop assistant was very thorough in going through of the pros and cons of each pram and explaining all the parts to me! She also took plenty of time with me when collecting my pram to make sure I felt I knew how to use it before I left and overall rather friendly, didn't feel pressured into buying anything, and great deals, a nice experience for a nervous first mama! :)

Even the site was saying 2-5 days delivery, the delivery was in the next day. Amazing!

Spent a lot of money here back in 2020 for my newborn baby which included the whole baby bundle set. I was told there was a part for the pram if I had another baby to change it into a double pram. Fast forward 2022 to go back into the shop and find out that part didn’t actually exist back in 2020 but they had seen the prototype and because of COVID it was never made. I would have accepted this if I had been made aware the part was only a prototype when buying the pram in 2020. Spoke to staff and also who I believed to be the manager - they told me they couldn’t do anything to help me as it was a ‘covid’ issue, after explaining my situation and after asking the manager she reluctantly offered me a small discount on a particular double pram. Revisited the store again and was told they didn’t get them prams in in the end, spoke to the lady manager who seemingly forgot she had ever spoken to me before, explained myself for the second time and did not get a warm response. The discount she could give me after asking again for a different pram was £50 off a £1200 pram. Only to see online on their own shop website priced at £1100. Really disappointed in this shop and wanted to support local.I felt they did not take ownership of the false information I was provided with, instead blamed COVID for telling me a part existed when it didn’t. Unfortunately I won’t be back and have advised any family and friends of my poor experience. I bought a double pram elsewhere which cost me another £400. £400 I should still have. All good until something goes wrong and the customer service is appalling.
