Ross and his team made a fantastic job of clearing out my wife’s uncles bungalow a couple of weeks ago.
Totally professional and great communication from start to finish.

Ross was efficient and professional when he cleared and arranged for a clean of the house. He arrived in a timely way, scheduled the clearance quickly and performed a fantastic job, alongside his team. Ross communicated with the family extremely well, showing sensitivity when needed. Ross and team were professional and efficient. They were also thoughtful and kind as we cleared through belongings. I highly recommend

Clearing a house after parents have died can be overwhelming, especially a house that they have lived in for over 40 years. Ross took the load off us and gave us assurance that what could be sold would be as well as what could be donated or recycled. He and his team were efficient and friendly - a perfect service.

The whole procedure was dealt with in a kind and thoughtful manner.
Efficient services and communications throughout.
I would highly recommend this company

Excellent communication. Very high standard of work. So pleased we arranged the house clearance with Kings House Clearance. They took the stress out of the situation for us. We highly recommend them.

Ross 1 and Ross 2 are both amazing. From the first meeting to discuss clearance of one property, there has been clear communication lines and updates. This is a professional and empathetic company - I recommend unequivocally. Huge thanks! How you and the Team managed to complete this baffles me ....simply amazing. To see the outcome of all your hard work has been emotional - the flat you cleared with care and dedication, had been bought by my cousin Meg in 1973 with a view to move in. Sadly this never happened following the sudden death of her Mum, Auntie Maud. These past few weeks have been hard, however entrusting this clearance to you and the Team made life less traumatic. Thank you all x

Professional service and excellent communication throughout the process.

Thanks to Ross and the team.

They were also very understanding of a difficult time for me, and maintained cheery banter throughout. It was sorted in the shortest time possible and nothing was too much trouble. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services and I was happy to support a local family business - Top class! 'Kings' of their profession.

I needed some parts of my house clearing after having suffered a bereavement and changes in my personal circumstances. Ross and his team were very efficient and dealt with the removals in a considerate, timely and professional manner. I was very pleased with the level of service and support throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t hesitate in using the service again. Highly recommended!
