Kings House Clearance Opiniones

Very smooth experience from start to finish. I needed help to clear out my flat as I am moving country, and Kings House Clearance were very helpful. The service was friendly and the flat was cleared out very quickly. Would recommend.

Having to clear our family home of the accumulation of decades of stuff was a challenge that Kings House team took in their stride. From first contact all the way through they were entirely professional. The quotation process was clear and communication was clear and efficient throughout.
The team arrived bang on time and were all friendly and positive throughout the process which we very much appreciated.
I can highly recommend.
Thank you so much to all of the team

Very happy with the clearance - worked around our requirements and all cleared with no fuss.

The Kings House team arrived early and after a quick look round to check where everything to be cleared was stored, they started work. They cleared the garden, shed and most of the house in super quick time. Ross and Ian were very friendly and helpful. We were really pleased with all the effort put in and the way everything was sorted to increase the possibility of donation with the other Ross arriving to take the possible donations away. We would recommend Kings House to anyone who needs a clearance service.

Very pleasant and friendly staff, very professional attitude and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional and easy to work with, the communication was fantastic throughout and they made the house clearance process following a bereavement very straightforward which was a huge help to all of us - would highly recommend.

Ross and team arrived ahead of time and cleared the house really effectively and efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend their services. Really friendly and easy to deal with changing reserved dates to accommodate our changes to exchange dates.

The company was responsive to my needs at what was a stressful time. They understood what I was looking for and had a 'Can Do' approach.

Kings house clearance were fantastic from start to finish and I can't recommend them enough.
From the initial contact the communication was excellent, they were professional, friendly, very reliable and cleared my Aunts house, including removal of the carpets quickly. Nothing was too much trouble, they arrived bang on time and were also very competitively priced. Thank all of you for your hardwork and making this daunting process so much easier for me and my Sister.

Reliable company and did a good job.

I was looking for a company who would clear a house after bereavement and would give as much of the contence as possible another life.
Kings House Clearance were able to do that and clear all the waste where that would not be possible.
The price was good, Ross was excellent to deal with and they house was emptied what more could you want.

Ross was so helpful and accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. I liked their reuse and recycle approach. Nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely first class - Ross and his two colleagues were very efficient, professional and respectful of my house clearance situation (bereavement/probate). Treated everything with care and Ross was always on hand to answer questions and returned my calls very promptly. I had a four room house plus loft, garage and garden shed cleared over 2 days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - rare to find a company that not only provides a first class service but also respects someone's possessions and how emotional a clearance can be.

Friendly guys that did a great job! Thank you.

I used Kings House Clearance to clear a relative's house. The house was extremely cluttered with 30+ years of items across a 3 bed house with loft, shed and garage. Ross was extremely helpful from initial point of contact to the final clear. He replied quickly to my messages, was very clear when communicating and generally helpful. I liked the way he gave a written quote in advance of the work. I wasn't local to the house and he sent me videos to show the work he had done. Clearing this house could have potentially been a very stressful task but Kings House clearance made it extremely straightforward. Highly recommend!
