Kings House Clearance Opiniones

Ross inspires confidence. He is an excellent communicator and organiser from the survey to completion. He, partner Ross, and other staff Marcus and worked very hard, quietly and tidily.

The team were extremely efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble.
They were prompt and finished the job within the time frame.

Very good and complete clearance by Ross and Ross. Arrived on time and completed within agreed timeframe. Many thanks.

Excellent service. Quote done same day, house cleared in a week and cleaned shortly after

Very happy with Kings House Clearance and would definitely recommend them. We used Kings to clear out a property and found the service to be excellent. Kings did exactly what they said they would do in terms of time to complete work and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We found Kings to be very flexible and pricing was competitive. If you need a reliable company then use Kings.

Absolutely fantastic, and they made it all so easy

They were Awesome

Ross was very professional, accommodating, and updated me frequently. The house was full cleared, I was very happy with the results, and I know Ross is accredited and so I know all items will be either recycled or properly disposed of. I would definitely use Ross again.

The Kings House Clearance team were excellent. Theirs was the most competitive quote. They turned up on time and worked so hard they completed the job more than an hour sooner that they had estimated; one came back to do a post-tenancy clean the next day, and the flat is looking lovely for the landlord to bring a prospective new tenant round in a few days time.

This company are amazing! Professional, efficient, cost effective and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again! Thank you Ross and his team.

I am not a person to write a review for anything but in this case feel compelled to write and say what a fantastic company to deal with. They have recently cleared my parents house following bereavement and were sensitive and respectful to the situation without being patronising or over the top in any way.
Their quotation was good and they stuck to it on receipt of invoice.
Living a few hours away they were kind enough to send me photographs and videos of the clearance which was a nice touch.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone reading this.
Thanks guys. Great job.

We hired Ross and his team to help us clear an overpacked loft and 2 big storage sheds.

This project has already been delayed for years and would've taken us years to do ourselves. Ross and team sped it up and helped us clear everything in a couple of days!

They're super flexible, friendly and a calming influence on an otherwise stressful situation.

We're really grateful to have found this brilliant team and happily recommended them without a blink.

Kings Clearance did a great job for a reasonable price. We used them to clear our loft and garage, remove some items of furniture and dispose of results of major decluttering of other areas.Thank you Ross and Ross, we literally could not have done that ourselves.

I employed Kings House to clear my late Mum's house, an emotional experience for me. They did a really good job, timely, efficient and most of all sensitive. Highly recommended by me.

A huge thank you to the entire team for their hard work, clearing the family home. We were extremely impressed with the care and professionalism the team brought to what was a very emotional task for us. The team’s friendly, responsive and understanding approach made the process so much easier, and their hard work and efficiency were truly appreciated. What could have been a difficult experience turned into a smooth and positive one, thanks to their sensitivity and expertise. We would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a house clearance.

Third time I have used them and will recommend them to anyone needing a reliable house clearance service.

I had a superb experience when I used this company to clear my parents 3 bedroom house after they passed away. Ross immediately understood our needs and how to do the job in a timely and efficient manner. They were prompt, had suitable vehicles and completed the work on time, going above and beyond what was agreed. I have recommended them to my friends and family and would use again if the need arose.

Made contact with Ross/1 whilst he was on the estate came over straight away and gave a competitive estimate, said he was coming back tomorrow and could fit us in the afternoon. Ross/2 came over in the afternoon and without any fuss loaded our stuff on his lorry an absolute pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend
