Kings House Clearance Opiniones

Fantastic clearance company. Ross and Ross arrived on time and cleared out my mums house very efficiently. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone considering any house clearance.

I cannot begin to say how thankful I am to Ross and his colleagues. They managed to clear my father’s property with such professionalism and consideration. He kept me informed throughout the process and managed to alleviate the huge stress that I would have been under if it wasn’t for Ross and his team.
Thank you.

Ross conducted a preview of the house and informed me exactly of costs, timings and other questions I posed to him.
The house was cleared completely, as to my requirements in a very professional and considerate way.
This was a first class service a which I highly recommend.

Thank you Ross & your crew.

We could not have had a more supportive company to handle my elderly mother’s move to a nursing home. Everything was cleared and a video sent to show the work on completion as we don’t live locally. They have experience in dealing with the local council so knew exactly what was expected.I cannot recommend Kings House Clearance highly enough. I would use them again without hesitation.

From beginning to end, a first class personal, professional & competitively priced service. I really can’t rate Kings House Clearance highly enough. Ross was a pleasure to deal with & made the whole experience seamless.

Went very smoothly. Friendly and efficient.

I was clearing my parents house and my childhood home to get ready for sale so it was quite difficult and emotional for me. Plus having 60 years worth of clutter from a house, crammed shed / workshop and garage was a stressful challenge.
Ross and the team totally understood that and made the whole process easy and efficient. They are truly lovely guys and if I could give them 10 stars I would!
They even took great care to make sure I was OK and that my dog was safe too.
To top it off they found and 'rescued' a hideous little wooden boat I had made in woodwork class at school that I hadn't realised my dad had kept and presented it to me at the end, which had me in floods of tears.
Can't praise them enough. Thank you 😊

Ross took all the pressure off our move and gave us piece of mind that all our unwanted possessions would be cleared. A fantastic service and would highly recommend. R Downs

Ross & team were brilliant.
Emptying my Mums house was really upsetting and stressful but they were quick & efficient.
Really competitive price too!
Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

I would recommend Kings House Clearance. This company is professional and provides an excellent competitively priced service. The staff are polite and extremely helpful listening to your requirements and concerns and giving honest feedback on what is included in the price. I also felt reassured that items that could be recycled, would be.

I had quite an extensive list of items for recycling and disposal for the guys to collect.
They arrived on time and reviewed the situation but I had forgot to add some items to my 'booking' (my fault !). Immediately they reviwed the situation and were able to resolve the issue with no fuss at all - superb !!!
The guys were very friendly, polite, considerate, informatiove, clean.
ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT AND I WOULD NOT HESITATE FOR A SECOND IN RECOMMENDING THEM
THANK YOU SO MUCH ROSS

We were looking for someone to clear some furniture from my Fathers flat after he passed away recently. We chose Kings and were not disappointed. Ross responded to my emails promptly and politely. On the day, he arrived on time with his 2 colleagues. They were all friendly and respectful of the situation and got on with the job. 1 hour later they were done! I would definitely recommend Kings to anyone who needs this type of service.

Ross and his team conducted an efficient and thorough house clearance, despite the epic scale of the work required. The work was as quoted and the information flow was excellent. I would heartily recommend them.
