Kings House Clearance Opiniones

Friendly, hardworking. Nice clean job. Would definitely use them again

There was a minimum of fuss. Ross and Ross just got on with the job. They were very polite if there was anything to clarify.

From initial contact, there has been great communication. I wasn't able to attend the clearance but they dealt with the estate agent to collect keys, etc. and sent me videos of the completed cleared house.

Great service, kept us informed throughout. Highly recommended

The men turned up when they said they would and the clearance was very thorough, particularly as the flat to be cleared had been occupied by an hoarder. We were sent a video after the clearance so that we knew everything had been removed. Ross King is a very pleasant person to deal with, very trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone.

Kings were fantastic! We had to clear out my father’s house as he was doing into Aged Care. I live overseas, so had a limited time here to get it all done. Kings worked so hard to finish it all within the short time frame I had.

They treated my dad with respect and understanding. Dad is 96yrs now and moves very slowly. Ross was so patient with Dad, not rushing him at all, just going at Dads pace.

They put aside anything they found of value or personal value, for me to check out.

Dad is a hoarder and so it was a horrendous job really. They took it all in their stride with respect and understanding.

Im so glad that I found Kings and choose them. I would highly recommend them. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Thank you heaps Ross and Ross.

Fast, efficient, prompt & effective. The friendly team of Ross and Ross cleared my house and garden of rubbish in a very efficient manner. They were very kind in their manner towards me. I would highly recommend this company.

We booked Ross and Ross to clear out my late fathers loft. We were so impressed with their attitude to work, politeness, efficiency and all the time being respectful of the emotional situation we were going through. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. They provide a great service.

These guys were quick to respond, courteous, very competitively-priced and tidy. Ours was a very small job compared to their usual line of work, but this was no problem for them at all.

Well priced, clear arrangements, kept in touch,
turned on time and took care in sorting and removing items from the property polite and helpful. 4th September 2023.

We contacted Kings House Clearance after a family bereavement when we needed help with the existing property that had been left behind - Ross and the team from start to finish were beyond helpful and made our lives so much easier under the circumstances - cant thank them enough
