Simon is extremely professional and…
Simon is extremely professional and helpful. He always took the time to explain everything in a thorough and timely manner, which was especially appreciated given that we were first time buyers. We got in touch with him a year before we started the search and even when we weren't ready to proceed, he still provided us with all the information needed to inform our decision moving forward.
He had recommendations on hand for surveyors, with whom were happy as well. He also helped us set up our income and life insurance policies. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a property.

Fast and clear communication
David was really helpful. Provided clear advice on my own mortgage and also helped provide advice to me when my buyers had issues securing a mortgage. The communication is clear and the response is fast which is what you need.

Excellent service and plain human interactions
Buying a property is a stressful process full of things that are hard to understand and people that are surprisingly unhelpful. Simon Hart from Kite Mortgages was the only exception we found. He was always helpful and understanding, he always gave good advice, and we felt he genuinely cared. I hope to never have to buy another property, but if I do, I know where to come asking.

Stress-free, supportive and responsive
On a friend’s recommendation, my partner and I got in touch with Simon at Kite Mortgages. As first-time buyers, we found the whole process overwhelming, but from our very first call, Simon made everything clear and easy to understand.
He was always available when we needed him - something we quickly realised isn’t the case with everyone involved! He took the time to get to know us and gave honest, tailored advice as well as being upfront when something wasn’t possible or in our best interest.

First Time Home Buyers
We have been working with Simon over the past couple of months and have had a really amazing experience. They took the time to talk all of our options through and were always happy to produce different scenarios for us to enable us to come to the correct decision. Simon has been amazing from start to…
Simon has been amazing from start to finish of my flat purchase journey! I had a bit of a complex income situation with an additional job paid on a ‘casual’ schedule which Simon was able to still secure me a mortgage for! I didn’t ever feel like a bother or that I was asking silly questions, and generally was the most supportive individual who’s been involved in my flat purchase.

I've used Kite Mortgages twice now, first with David and second with Simon. Both experiences have been great, quick responses to answer any of your questions and concerns and not making you feel bad about learning the works when it comes to the house buying and selling processes.
