I got a zaptec electric lice comb
I got a zaptec electric lice comb.
The battery provided was just loose in the packet and had leaked battery acid on everything including the user manual. The inside packaging holding the comb was all crushed and split. Not the best experience.
The other items i ordered were fine.

Hi Victoria! sorry for your experience, I will contact the supplier for you tomorrow and organise a replacement, unfortunately the lice comb comes wrapped in plastic so we cant check whats inside the box

Easy shopping experience
Product I wanted to purchase was available at a reasonable price. Website easy to navigate. Shipped product arrived quickly, and adequately packaged. Overall an easy shopping experience which met expectations. Would happily purchase from Kiwi Chemist again.

Excellent Customer Service
I purchased a 3 pack item and when I received my original order there were a few items missing (it was a busy time and order was just mis-packed which can happen). I contacted them via chat and told them what had happened and they were so good they sent me the rest of my order straight away and didn't ask any questions. I received the remaining items within 3 days due to public holidays and they even sent me a jar of honey to apologise. I would highly recommend Kiwi chemist.
