I had some issues purchasing my tickets due to my card blocking but once I contacted the live chat everything went smooth and seamlessly!!!
Received tickets by email and just waiting for the date to come so I can go and enjoy with my little one.

I made a mistake in the time of my booking. I didn't hear anything back from the email requests which was worrying but the online chat did result in getting the ticket time changed, saving me getting a whole new ticket. Therefore Good not Excellent. Give them some time if you make an error and use the chat.

Booked tickets online for Plymouth circus. Money went off my account but the screen went blank and no tickets were issued. No email confirmation, no communication, nothing.
I emailed the support address found on here, they responded the next day asking for more details like show time, seating area, email address used etc., which I sent them. I’ve since heard nothing despite following up via email several times.
I’d avoid using this ticketing company as they’re either a scam, incompetent or can’t be bothered to support their customers when things go wrong.
EDIT: I was eventually refunded 2 days after writing this review. However my review stands at one star, as leaving your customers with no communication for days after you’ve taken money but not delivered the goods causes so much uncertainty and unnecessary stress and frustration, that I would still avoid this company and advise others to do the same.
Leaving your customers wondering every day if you’re going to hear back or not, worrying about whether you’ve been scammed or not by a company with no phone number and no solid social proof online, is not a great way to build a reputation of trust.

It took my money still
I have tried the live webchat also the contact me section to try stop the payment
I received no answers
I would not use this website to book anything again
They take money for seats that are not available
In my eyes that fraud

Accidentally ordered tickets for the wrong day but they managed to change it for me no problem. Thank you.

After chasing the supplier after three days. I turned my attention to klicket as they were handling the tickets. I chatted with Joel and we managed to sort this in several minutes and assured the tickets will be sent soon. Leaving me extremely relieved. Brilliant support service where as the supplier support service was dismal and poor.

Everything was seamless! From choosing my event to getting my tickets, it was super easy. Highly recommend this service to anyone looking for tickets I’m a regular buyer here, and it’s always smooth sailing. Quick ticket delivery and easy checkout. Always a positive experience. The tickets were exactly what I needed, and the website was so user-friendly. I’ll be using this site for all my future events

klicket's customer service is speedy and helpful, and the circus I went to was a total blast.

As per other reviews below, I am also have a bad experience. Live chat is never live. No one online. It says will get replies to email but no replies come through. Had a nightmare trying to get help. I had to go through my bank to get a phone number which actually was personal number for whom I could only guess was a co-owner of the business. Need to sort their customer services out. Was asked to text them a message to try and get a refund. I will update with what happens.

Scam company??… Or just just poorly set up??

Literally no communication or customer service!
Good luck if you’ve purchased tickets off them and need to get in touch.
Luckily we used our credit card, so can claim back.
I definitely wouldn’t use them again!

Scammed us out of £94 for tickets! Chat does not work, taking a ticket doesn’t work, they do not reply to anything! Avoid!!!

No customer service at all. Live chat doesn’t work. Raising a ticket doesn’t work. Absolute nightmare. Will never use again.

Hello, I bought the family tickets and did not see the last closing time is 4.30 pm and arrived at the event at 4.10 pm I spoke to the office in the bowling Center and they said the best way is to speak to ticket management who bought the tickets. Usually, we come every 1st of New Year's Day and the event opens at 6 pm Could you please refund the ticket, please as we did not use Regards Order No.: 30201 Ticket Number: 30202

the company never contact me back for any further information and Refunds , BEWARE
