I bought 2 impacts they only had 1 in stock had to pay for both on dec 20 they transfer the 1 from another store finally came in on jan 9 don't know why it takes so long but it did then i went in to store the same day they called to pick it up and it took over half a hr to fine it was not happy thinks should have went a lot better as when I went in there was only 2 or 3 people in the store that's why only 2 stars

Kms has a great selection of tools and always in stock when I go into the Edmonton store. As well the folks there are ready to help you with what ever you need. Kms is definitely my favorite tool store!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
KMS Tools do NOT stand by their products. We bought an item here that had a rebate on it, brought it home, immediately noticed it already had scratches on it but ignored it and just tried to claim the rebate, and it showed it was already claimed, so clearly this item was used before, so we brought it back 2 days later to these guys and they immediately refused a return or exchange. They ACCUSED us of using the product and claiming the rebate ourselves. We were so shocked that this is how they treat their customers, zero trust, and immediately assuming we were the ones being shady. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company with such a shady return policy paired with horrendous customer service. We will NEVER shop here again nor recommend it to anyone. BE WARNED! You're basically SOL if you buy anything from them. If it's broken or used, it automatically becomes YOUR fault and you're on your own. Check their other bad reviews, their return policy is the absolute worst! We're lucky our item was not as expensive as their other victims.

I spent some time in the Kelowna store looking for a specific mechanics seat…somehow I had missed seeing the item or the price tag but I was happy when I bumped into a young man attendant who was able to help me find exactly what I wanted to to buy for my son for Christmas. We had a good chat about auto repair fun…he told me to tell my son he should try motor bike repairs sometime…we wished each other a Merry Christmas and we went on we our business for the day, myself…happy that I had one less gift to find. Thanks Lordco

I've been shopping at KMS for more than 15 years. The Staff are friendly and try very hard to be helpful. Sometimes, they may seem a little out of their depth technically. I certainly don't hold that against them as I've been buying and using tools for over 50 years - the best part- they are always accommodating and do their best to assist.

Absolute terrible experience dealing with their customer service. Ordered multiple items including power tools and batteries. Only one set of tools and battery was sent. KMS had no idea they forgot to send the other. I contacted them and was given the run around and highly questioned as to why I didn't receive the other items. Eventually the warehouse manager stepped in and admitted he didn't realize I had ordered multiple and he forgot to send them. So he sent the replacement tool, but I discovered upon receiving it that he forgot to send the battery. So now I have been communicating with customer service again and they are making me out to be the one that has missed something. They have no record of what they have or have not sent out. They question my integrity and demand proof that it has not been delivered, despite having no proof that it ever was delivered. They have continually made empty promises that they will fix things and get back to me. It has been close to a month and I have not received my entire order. These are items I paid for close to a month ago.

Can always find an associate to assist, In locating items in need.
Normally, they have the item, or a similar product.
Last visit, the items I required, were not in stock. (T-track bolts 3")

The customer service is phenomenal! The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is that the store, in one instance, did not have the advertised sale item in stock and in another instance, an applicator was required that the store did not have.

After viewing an online flyer and seeing the item I wanted I decided to go to the store to purchase the item when in Grande Prairie on the weekend. I saw an employee and asked where the end mill bits could be found. She was unfamiliar and referred me to a man who was also unfamiliar but he did absolutely everything he could to help, going beyond expectations. Very seldom do you get the kind of care and dedication that he gave, even admitting that he had learned numerous things by helping. he was formerly a manager of a Canadian Tire store. What a loss for them! I will search him out next visit.
