Your order was dispatched on time and within the timeframe stated at checkout. According to the tracking information, the parcel is currently with Evri and remains within their estimated 3–5 working day delivery window.
We replied to your email yesterday with full tracking details and confirmation that we had escalated the matter with the courier. Following that response, this review was posted and we received a further email from you, which we have also responded to.

Fantastic, I bought my husband the sleep well gummies
I bought my husband the sleep well gummies they are fantastic.
They worked instantly, he has been using them for about a year.
My husband suffers from sleep apnea (under the hospital) he suffered with insomnia (until using these gummies) and his snoring was dreadful, he still snores but it’s nowhere near as bad, he sleeps a good 7/8 hours now.
We recommend these to everyone and my husbands co workers are now using these gummies.
They really have worked.

1 Star Reviews are Vexacious/Frivolous, Known are brilliant
I always make it a point to read through the reviews of a company I have not dealt with before, for my own sanity. However, I have found that all the negative reviews that Known have recieved are completely baseless. These low reviews are a result of people with zero patience, technical ineptitude, and a chronic need to complain. Please do not pay attention to them.
In my own experience, Known are fully transparent with the products and services they offer. The One-off/subscription options are clearly presented, the descriptions and nutrition information are very well displayed, and dispatch is swift! I have been taking the Multi-Mush gummies for about a month, and I'm already noticing the benefits (it can take roughly 1-2 months to fully notice these benefits), so I have decided now to subscribe :)
Summary: Known are great, 1-star reviewers are not

No support, Expensive, and they spam you non stop
They spam you non stop yet don't reply to emails. Emailed support on 15th Jan, no reply still.
Their website has 35% off code written everywhere. It never works because this company is always on sale, at worse discounts than the code.
If you do order known, order through amazon in case you need to contact someone. Although my advice, much better value creatine gummies out there, where you only need to take 3 a day so save some money and try another brand.

Have bought a few things from this company and they are great but I feel the reviews of the liquid collagen aren’t a true reflection of how revolting this stuff is so save your money and don’t buy it. Total waste of money.

Evri lost my parcel, but Known sent another one. However I was very surprised to see the artificial sweeteners in the products. I have IBS and Malitol is one of the worst. After contacting the company was unsympathetically told the ingredients were listed on the website. Being a health supplement I was not prepared for this. Live and learn

Ashwagandha magic
I have started taken Ashwagandha gummies and I do feel a lot sharper and able to concentrate better. My only negative is the very long bottle size as when you get to the bottom of it, my short fingers weren't able to reach and they stick to the bottom.
Hope they can change the packaging, but for now ordered my second bottle..

Great product but poor service and dispatch
Great product but getting hold of it is difficult, website states same day dispatch yet still no sign of being dispatched on Wednesday when I ordered at 6am on Monday (when I realised I only had a few days left in the jar!) emailed Tuesday asking to upgrade to faster delivery as had not been dispatched yet and told that’s not possible they could cancel my order and I could reorder. Requested dispatch information so I could make an informed decision no reply!?? Maybe I should just cancel try one of their competitors!
Such a shame as the first order was swift and the product is great!
