Great product but poor service and dispatch
Great product but getting hold of it is difficult, website states same day dispatch yet still no sign of being dispatched on Wednesday when I ordered at 6am on Monday (when I realised I only had a few days left in the jar!) emailed Tuesday asking to upgrade to faster delivery as had not been dispatched yet and told that’s not possible they could cancel my order and I could reorder. Requested dispatch information so I could make an informed decision no reply!?? Maybe I should just cancel try one of their competitors!
Such a shame as the first order was swift and the product is great!

Creatine no-go, wait 2 months for the remainder of your dosage
Your subscribe and save deal is beyond a joke for creatine.. You get 3 creatine gummy packs that get delivered every 3 months - the 3 only just about cover 1 month, then what, wait 2 months to redo your whole creatine process again?
It's actually crazy, 1 pack is 12 servings - you're charging £13.29 for non-subscribe, really want to think about changing your pricings - EXTREMELY expensive, even with subscription. If I had 3 months worth for the price I paid for 3 packs to be delivered every 3 months, it would be reasonable but, I'm on my 3/3 with not even a month in with my next order due to be in December, laughable. No one can justify £35+ for creatine gummies every month, its insane pricing! Looking elsewhere for my creatine for sure.

To clarify, each tub contains 60 gummies, with 1g of creatine per gummy. We recommend a serving of up to 5 gummies per day (5g creatine), but we understand that individual needs may vary. Based on this, one bottle can last around 12 days at the full 5g serving — it’s not marketed as a 1-month supply.
The Subscribe & Save frequency is fully customisable — you can change it at any time to monthly, every 3 months, or every 5 months, depending on how quickly you go through the product. If the default setting doesn’t meet your needs, we’d definitely encourage adjusting it to a monthly delivery for a more consistent supply.
That said, we really do appreciate your feedback around pricing and value — we’ll absolutely pass that on to our product team.

Good products but…
I am a huge fan of the products but every time I buy them it automatically adds the subscription, I then go back in to change it to one time purchase then I go to check out and it is set to subscription again. I don't always buy the same things and don't want to subscribe, you then have to wait 2 weeks to cancel. I find it a bit disengenuois and can't now find a way to check out without it signing me up. I have just gone back into my account on the advice below and once in my basket it reverts back. Glad you value my feedback but a reply telling me something that doesn't happen isn't really listening.

To clarify: as long as “one-time purchase” is selected when adding an item to your bag, it should stay that way all the way through to checkout. If the “subscribe & save” option was selected by mistake, you can change it anytime before checkout by clicking the calendar icon next to the item in your bag and adjusting the frequency or switching to one-time.

Fraudulent Transactions
I purchased creatine gummies and a few weeks later the company decided upon themselves to put another order through. I was emailed in advance about the pending order, so I emailed them to let them know that I made no such order or did I want it.
They never responded and they took money from my bank which I did not permit. I sent them a message on instagram, nobody responded. I used to my email to do a password reset on their site to see if they had perhaps set up a subscription, but there was no account registered under my email because no password reset email was sent.
My next move now is to report this transaction as fraudulent to my bank. Avoid any company that takes your money without permission and doesn't respond when you query it.

Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to look into this specific case as no name or email was provided with the review. If you could kindly forward your details (such as the email address used for the order) to our customer support team, we’d be happy to investigate why you did not receive a response and to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
We’d also like to clarify a few points:
Subscriptions: A subscription is only ever created if the Subscribe & Save option is selected at checkout. We legally cannot and do not set up subscriptions on behalf of customers. This is always a customer-initiated action, and it's clearly displayed during the purchase process.
Confirmation: If a subscription is selected, confirmation is sent in the original order confirmation email, including the frequency and next billing date.
Password Reset Issue: If you requested a password reset but did not receive the email, it’s likely that the account was never activated. Account activation is done via the link provided in the original order and subscription confirmation email. Without activation, password resets won’t function as expected.
We truly value all of our customers and are committed to resolving any genuine issues. Please reach out to us directly so we can assist you properly.

We’ve responded to your email earlier today, but just to clarify here as well: your order placed on 26th August was completed using our Subscribe & Save option. This applied a discount and also set up future deliveries at the selected interval, which is why additional orders were processed.
If this wasn’t your intention, we completely understand. Your subscription has now been cancelled, as per the email sent to you earlier and no further payments will be taken. You won’t receive any additional products or emails related to the subscription.
As this has now been fully resolved, we’d really appreciate it if you’d consider updating or removing your review.

Appalling customer service
I placed two separate orders on the 15th August , one for myself and one for my mother. The orders have not been delivered and evri have advised me to contact this company! I have emailed the support team twice , I have DM’d both the Facebook and Instagram pages and also write comments on their online advertisement! I have been ignored at every stage and have yet to have a response!
Shocking service I will make sure every one is aware of how I’ve been treated haven’t spent almost £40 on products which would have been a reoccurring order. You’ve lost my customer that’s for sure!

I subscribed but mistake and got some…
I subscribed by mistake and got some extra gummies. My fault. After that I asked them to cancel and they still sent me more. I then asked them to cancel again and after a back and forth we finally sorted it. Today I woke up to another payment taken and some more gummies on there way. What an amazing company. All about listening to the customer. Ripping people off 👍🏻 0 stars if I could.

You contacted us this morning and we replied within 20 minutes, explaining that your first subscription was cancelled on 15th August, as confirmed via email. A second, separate subscription (not previously mentioned) was still active, which is why another order was processed.
As soon as we were made aware, we cancelled it and processed a full refund — which was confirmed in our response before this review was posted.

I was signed up for the subscription…
I was signed up for the subscription service unknowingly and after requesting to have it cancelled via customer support, I was assured it had been. They also responded to me via trustpilot assuring me they had cancelled the subscription and suggested I shouldn’t have left a hasty negative review before they’ve had a chance to cancel the subscription. I’ve just received a further email saying they have charged my account for another round of gummy’s that I do not want implying my subscription is still active and had not been cancelled. Do not use this company it feels like a scam.

As mentioned in my recent email to you, your subscription was indeed cancelled as requested. Unfortunately, due to a technical issue affecting a small number of accounts, a handful of orders still pulled through from our subscription platform in error.
This issue has now been fully resolved. While I wasn’t able to stop the shipment as it had already been dispatched, I’ve processed a full refund for the order — which may take up to 5 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
I hope this explanation clears up the situation.

Thanks for your feedback. We understand your concern regarding the date on the packaging. As mentioned in our email response, the printer used for labeling had a slight alignment issue, which caused the “2” in the Best Before date to appear like a “1.” The actual Best Before date is 2026, not 2016.
Please rest assured, the gummies were produced in 2023, and it's not possible for any batch to date back to 2016. We’ve also taken steps to correct the labelling issue to prevent any future confusion.
