The bag is very special with patina yet very stylish. It is also very British and outstanding from other bags. I especially like the tartan inner lining, it gives the bag another dimension.

I bought th Tyne, waxed canvas crossbody bag in moss green...
The weight of it, the fit of it, what I put in it is just perfect for my needs when I go out for a walk. Put as much as you want in it's plentiful pockets...or in my case as little as I need. It's beautifully made from properly stitched sturdy canvas with a substantial webbing strap, and plenty of room for the essentials. Fits under my coat or over it.

The Wye cap I received as a free gift, with a bag purchase is fantastic. I have an unusually large head which means I don’t find too many baseball caps that fit and are comfortable. However the Wye feels great - I would definitely consider buying a second one, now I have found a cap that fits.

Kovered has some amazing products in their assortment, and it was incredibly difficult to choose from! We received our parcel very fast (in the Netherlands) and are extremely happy with the products we chose. They are sturdy, stylish, and well-functioning. We can't wait to use them more at home and while traveling. Customer service was also very pleasant, friendly and quick.

I have owned a Medway messenger bag for about five years. I love it, I used it every day for work and it has been all over the place with me from France to Morocco. It's still very solid but the pulls on the two external zips have broken off and it makes it a bit awkward to use. I contacted Kovered to see if there was any chance of getting it repaired. I sent a couple of pictures on request and, as they do not undertake those sort of repairs and the Medway is no longer produced, they offered me a new replacement Mersey free of charge! I didn't even have to return my old bag. I have been a fan of Kovered pretty well since they started and have bought a number of items for myself and as gifts, but in this case that didn't come into it - they were dealing with just this item. I've always appreciated their quality, attention to detail, and ethos, and this is the first time I've ever contacted customer service. I cannot sufficiently express my appreciation of their excellent care!

Update 24/10/25: My Mersey musette arrived today - it had actually been dispatched during the close of my communication with customer support so arrived very quickly. I wouldn’t have believed it, but it’s even sturdier than my previous Medway which served me so well. I’m looking forward to breaking it in and taking it to a few more countries. Thanks again to the team at Kovered.

I’ve had a backpack from Kobered for a number of years now and sadly misplaced a buckle a while back. I wrote to the customer care email ID and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded. Kovered replaced a missing buckle on my backpack in just a couple of days. Very responsive and swift delivery.
