Attentive and efficient with a good product

Purchased the Humber 2.0 Waxed Canvas Holdall in Tan. Great bag, great quality with surprising amount of storage space! Looks like it'll last a long time given the great materials used.

My experience with the purchase was good because I knew all the time what was happening with the order and the shipping of the product.
The most I had to do was wait for the product to clear customs. I also received an explanation for this as soon as the product arrived in Slovenia.

Good quality product. I had an initial issue with the order originally shipped but customer service was easy to contact and very prompt in assisting. Overall very positive.

I have been looking at The Taw rucksack for some time and now I wish I’d purchased it earlier. The quality of the manufacturing is exceptional, I love the details- the interior pockets and ideal sizes for my bits and pieces.

Although sturdily built the rucksack is light and soft against the back, there is plenty of room for extra layers, packed lunch, and a camera or art materials.

I can only applaud the team who have put this together as it looks great, holds all you’d need for a day out or carry on for a flight, while looking stylish.

All went well, bag is as expected, had no problems at all.
