There are so many messenger bags on the market that made this quite a task to choose the right one. This is 100% the right choice. This is a beautifully crafted bag made from really robust material and you can tell it is likely to stand the test of time.
The style and colours give it a great vintage feel. All of the fixings and zips are solid and the availability of compartments caters for everything you could possibly need for work.
I used the chat facility to ask a question about dimensions and recieved a prompt reply out of normal office hours which was a bonus.
This has been a great experience from start to finish and these products represent excellent value for money. No need to look any further, get a great product, and deal, from Kovered.

My bag arrived yesterday from England, perfectly packed. The manufacturing looks great, this bag has clearly been made with care, I'll see by using it how long it will last, but I'm rather optimistic.

I had never heard of Kovered before prior to purchasing an item from them, but my experience with my first purchase from them really left a good impression, and I'm keen to continue to shop from Kovered in the future.

Recently, I was able to get my hands on Kovered's Arrow Backpack despite it going out of stock, which is a testament to Kovered's customer service. I contacted Kovered's customer support via email a few weeks after it went out of stock, and they (Abbi and Wendy) were able to source an Arrow Backpack despite the backpack being no longer available to purchase, shipping it from the UK all the way to Australia within a week. I'm quite glad I could get the chance to get one of these bags under these unique conditions.

The backpack is incredibly well made and well designed, and the material feels super durable even as a 100% recycled bag. The roll-top closure helps with the expandability and compression of the bag to change capacities and sizes at will, while also allowing greater water resistance. The left side water bottle pocket is long and expandable in width, which helps with holding thicker and longer water bottles, and the right side has a carry handle, which is a unique feature I don't see on many backpacks. The front box pocket is also 3D, meaning items can still be easily accessed even if the main compartment is full, and the main compartment is extremely spacious despite the modest description of a 24L capacity. The hardware buckles are made of metal as opposed to a more common choice like plastic, which is a really nice touch. Aesthetically, the backpack has a very stylish appearance and simultaneously stands out while also being minimalistic, and it definitely has a very urban look suitable for work or school EDC, though that's not to say it can't be used for the outdoors. I'm really pleased with how the bag looks and works, and I am satisfied with the product as a whole.

Overall, Kovered makes high-quality and well-designed products, with helpful and friendly customer service. I would recommend.

The overall quality of the bag is great. High quality materials which gives a nice looking bag. The bag is a bit small at the bottom and barely fits a 17'' laptop cover. The leather strips are not long enough if you completely fill the bag. Also, I didn't find any photos of the inside of the bag, but it is covered with a nice clear coating with 2 inside pockets.
Overall satisfied with the bag but I was missing information before buying.

Both my husband and I bought new backpacks for travelling and are so pleased with them. They are stylish, robust and comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, my husband lost the buckle from the strap on his, and on contacting Kovered they were so quick to respond and a replacement buckle was received within the week. You should always judge a company on their customer service, and Kovered's were so helpful that I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very nice bag. It has a lot of pockets to keep everything tidy. It is quite strong a robust. Big enough for a weekend. It is waterproof and very nice

I have been the owner of koverd bags for some years now. I brought my first one 2 years ago. This was the Medway. The bag has been very durable over that time as my daily commute bag. The zip on your did fall, however the response from customer support could not have been quicker in getting it replaced. I now also have 2 holdalls that are my go to travel bags.

I lost the buckle on one of my bags and Wendy was fantastic in finding a replacement. It is a very special bag so important to me to have it complete
