I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude. Hats off to Mr. Qasim for his hard work! The packaging of each product was unbelievably well done, and everything was delivered on time. Mr. Qasim is truly a gem for your business.
In the future, if I have the chance to visit London, I would love to see your shop in person and meet Mr. Qasim. He is doing an excellent job of helping people shop online, even on his days off.
I have one suggestion: I look forward to seeing a wider variety of frozen fish and payasam mix.

Appalling courier service
Appalling courier service (APC) took 3 days to deliver despite being given a 2 hour window which kept going backwards until 6pm for 2 days on the trot. They were clearly running out of time to deliver same day.My parcel finally arrived on the third day after chasing them. This was despite the box having labels ‘perishable’ goods printed all over it!! I dread to think what the contents would have been like if they had been perishable after being in a hot van for 3 days.
I suggest you change your courier!
