Paid for "Premium shipping" at 40 euro, which turned out to be UPS -- which they later admitted to having continued problems with.
After UPS lost the package, support was contacted, a claim was opened and the original costs refunded. Now they are no longer using UPS any longer and raised the shipping prices even further. This appears to have changed after my purchase attempt and successive claim.
I am not convinced that the increase in shipping cost has any correlation to an improved success rate. It was a stretch to begin with.
Update to vendor response: the "Customer" did not receive any product.
"Customer" never mentioned "express service", only what the vendor called "premium" shipping at checkout. Support provided no additional documents or information when asked about the status of the missing shipment.

Excellent customer service at first. However, 3 shipments and a month+ later I can’t recommend. First shipment was a used device, scratched and delivered without silicone case. After sending proof another was shipped. This one burnt a circuit within a day of use. After sending proof, another was - supposedly - shipped. When the package arrives, it only contains two stickers (!). I send pictures. Lab401 claims they have evidence the unit was in the package (indirectly blaming the postal service?) but have failed to provide it. Refers to insurance company policy they can not get me what I paid for.

Order yours from AliExpress (they probably do anyway) - it’s 1/4 of the price and probably has higher fulfillment ratio.

We have been using lab401 as a supplier for our business for years. They have always been able to accommodate specific invoicing requirements quickly, which we appreciate.

Overall experience was good.
They have good products and want to encourage the business by giving 5*.
I think some improvement can be made, for people ordering outside the EU, I've made an order from the UK and did not get any warning that I will order from France or pay customs tax.
Initial support was quite hush but eventually, they explained the situation and we managed to reach a common agreement.
I ordered a Fipper Zero and all was good with the product. I think the products that they are selling are top quality.

Incredibility fast shipping. There was an issue with the shipping company on delivery and support was just as fast to resolve it for me. Will be ordering again.

I order a flipper zero and I am shocked on how shipping is 59 €. And I get a message at 3am saying there was error with my shipping address and then I send multiple messages with no respond have been waiting 3 days to get a respond and still nothing. And today I log onto the website to see if anything had changed and it said that my order had just disappeared this had cost me 350$ and I am not happy at all .
I would not recommend buying any products from this website

The company is a disaster and has a monopoly. I'd seriously avoid. My bank agreed with me.

J'étais inquiet en lisant les nombreux avis négatifs à propos de l'entreprise, néammoins mon colis a été livré et reçu parfaitement dans les délais. Matériel reçu totalement fonctionnel et niquel. Les frais de ports sont peut-être un peu chers... À part ça, rien à redire!

I ordered the standard package 14th and 24 hours later, its at my doorstep in Denmark. I've updated it and it works. Got some cool stickers aswell, couldn't be happier.

Don't buy from this site they are a RIP OFF, I just got scammed out of $192!!!
They insisted that I use PayPal's "Friends & Family" payment, so that they didn't have to pay PayPal commission, but really this was so I could not claim a refund from PayPal, to PayPal's credit PayPal did in fact credit my money back after investigating this SCAMMER.

Ordered my stuff at 29.11.,send by chronopost at 30.11., still not here at 09.12.
from france to germany.. Pidgets are faster and that should be Premiumshipping for 23€!

No answer from Chronopost or Lab401. Only be patient or "apoligize we contacted the courier".

Serious but inflexible.
Committed seller, this is how it should be.
But the constant "take it or leave it" attitude has been quite annoying all the time. If all sellers would be like this, technical shopping would be quite unpleasant.

J'ai eu peur en voyant les avis négatifs mais j'ai bien reçu mon flipper zero (version transparente) en 48 heures. Vu que je suis à Paris et que la société est à Lyon la livraison a été rapide.

The customer service was really helpful and my parcel arrived really fast. The insurance is fairly priced especially with some delivery companies as if your package is lost then it is good to be able to use it.

Bought there several things like a Flipper Zero with the wifi board case etc. Went very smooth. High costs for shipping and the extra insurance makes that it's more expensive. Maybe a tip for the store. Is that insurance really necessary? The shipping costs can be lesser? For Belgium and other neighboor countries in the EU... Anyhow the products for me came fast and in good condition. 4 stars, 5 if the shipping costs and the insurance would be cheaper.

Nechápu negativní recenze, za mě super, objednal jsem na lab401 a do cca 8 dnů jsem měl balík doma, vše bez problému. Mohu v EU jedině doporučit lepší než joom, nebo spíše rychlejší než joom. za mě 5 hvězdiček
