I bought two flipper zero from them
I bought two flipper zero from them, the delivery is a bit expensive but the order arrived only 3 days later with UPS.
Problem, in my package there was only one flipper zero out of the two, I immediately contacted the customer service, they were very responsive, with a photo of the contents of the shipment, a sworn statement and an ID, they quickly send me the missing item.
I recommend this online store for pentesting products!
Best European shop for rfid and pentesting stuff
I have bought from them a couple of times and I have received my items as expected.
All the stuff they sell is original, and the NFC cards are exactly as described, so no hit and miss as sometimes happens on the well known Chinese shopping platform.
Considering that most of the stuff they sell comes from overseas the price is correct (being in France they will pay customs and shipping too).
The shipping fees are a little bit high, in my opinion, but I can't complain too much since there is really no alternative in Europe, at this level and for these products.
Risking hundreds of euros in a missing or wrong shipment from China or Usa it's not worth.
Anyway it's a legit and correct seller and I really can't understand some of the reviews.

Lied about shipping, charged 30 euros for premium, shipped with standard post.
Product didn't arrive. They are currently refusing to give me a refund until I send them photo ID and hand signed documents etc. Are attempting to bully me into giving them the ingredients to identity theft.
Avoid at all costs.
[Edit: While I gave in and sent them the info. They know what they are doing and know the ECC (the authority regulating EU trade like this) take a long time to reply. The ECC emailed me today confirming that what they are doing is illegal, they cannot limit customers rights on the basis of theirs or their insurance companies policies. These people are literally refusing to obey the law, be aware of that before risking dealing with them.]

Worst customer service ever, absurd shipping costs
I was waiting more than 40 days for my order and as they have no idea of shipping, in the end they had to make a refund. Avoid buying anything from this horrible site. Their shipping costs are unreasonably inflated and absurd. 59€ in my case and they use La Poste...
After reply: Is this delivered for you? If you want to provide a followup do it properly. These are your e-mails:
[1] The courier has confirmed the shipment is being returned due to their error. Reason given was that a document for commercial delivery was not available, the proper document for your address was provided and confirmed. We have opened a claim to try and simply reroute it back as it is cleared. If possible it will continue, otherwise we will have to wait for the return to ship it again. We apologize for the delay and will update you as we have any further news....
[2] (after waiting 45 days): We are following up as we have received your return shipment.
At this time due to shipping issues to XXXXX we are no longer able to ship there. A full refund has been issued back to your original form of payment. As with any refund it may take several business days to appear back on your account. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Don't get fooled by the reviews. They are a pretty good company.
I ordered my Flipper Zero from them, and they did take a while to ship, but it wasn't their fault.
1st. BFCM (also known as Black Friday and Cyber Monday): What did you expect. It will take a while because shipping companys can't do nothing.
2nd. Flipper Zero: The FZ, is a very popular device at the moment, so excess in orders is normal, that's why it will take a while.
Instead of making reviews here in Trustpilot getting p*ssed off at Lab401, have you heard about something called waiting?
Resumed: Lab401 ain't no scam. Don't get fooled by the reviews. (And no, I wasn't paied for this review)

What a terrible experience with the service of this company. Ordered 3 December a product in stock, paid a very expensive UPS shipping at 59 euros. Not only it took them 10 days to ship it justifying a "BFCM" period, I was supposed to understand the meaning of that, and when it shipped this 300g package UPS is expecting to deliver it on December 29. Never had a such expensive and bad shipping for a product. All along the process the support was not helpful.
Update (23/10/2023 - post reply): Thanks for the refund. I appreciate that, even 10 months later, the company is working on improving customers' experience. Also, they are working on tutorials and materials for the Flipper community.
For context, Flipper Zero was publicly available 6 months before the purchase, and Lab401 were an official distributor since august 2022. But the stock was low everywhere. When I ordered, there was no mention of a delay in shipping but was shown online later. The rating was updated to reflect the above update.

Scam company!!
Scam company!!! You pay for the item and shipping! Then you get an email a couple weeks later with an additional charge of £50 if you want to receive it and if you don't pay it you won't get it, contacted the company and they will not refund the order so its pay the additional £50 or lose all your money with no goods. In reply states I didn't contact support!! I did and was ignored! My bank also contacted them and was ignored!!

Bestilte 26. november en Flipper Zero og modtog den i Danmark 7. december.
Kundeservice svarede prompte, da jeg i første omgang ikke fik noteret mine informationer korrekt.
Totally unreliable company, avoid buying from them.
Ordered from them 25th of November, payed the same day. Today is December 6 and the package still not shipped and even not handed over to shipping carrier. They charged 30 euros for the shipping from Italy to Poland, which is too expensive even if shipped in time. Support was swearing that package will be sent out yesterday, but all that was done is that they registred track number, but not handed over the package to carrier.
