I bought the mixed pack of Proraso shaving soap and an Arko shaving soap plus razor blades. Order dealt with quickly and despatched quickly too. Happy with the products, price and process.

Not happy with Royal ail who initially attempted delivery outside of timeframe and 2nd time around failed to follow several sets if instructions and I had to make two trips to their depot before I obtained the parcel.

Great site as always. Didn’t take long to come and great packaging. I’m new to trying shave sticks I found these a lot better than the arko one great lather and a nice close shave.

So I had an issue with not receiving my parcel . The customer care I received from Paul was nothing short of above and beyond outstanding
