Ordered online and had a little issue with the delivery times.
Spoke to Carly on the phone who was super helpful and got the issues sorted for me. And diligently tracked the delivery the following day for me, making sure to keep me updated.

I purchased from BPS some years ago one of their telescopic ladders which has served me well. Unfortunately, when using is the other day one of the release clips broke.

Clearly it would be foolhardy to use the ladder while 'damaged' I immediately contacted BPS for a replacement clip via their customer contact portal and was advised within a matter of hours that a replacement clip was in the post.

There was no mention of a charge or indeed that spare parts were no longer available, which I found incredibly refreshing and generous in this day and age, consequently they get a five star rating.

This rating is not just for the super fast reaction to my plea but because BPS cares for their customers and the products they sell no matter when the purchase was made.

Maatgeving multifunctiomele ladder onduidelijk.

De foto op de website toont een vrijstaande ladder bestaande uit 2 delen die uit elkaar geklap zijn.
De omschrijving is " multifunctionele telescopische ladder. Maat 3 meter"

Ik kocht deze ladder in de veronderstelling dat hij 3 meter hoog is.
Bij levering bleek dat de twee delen samen 3 meter hoog zijn.

Je kunt de ladder alleen retourneren als de verpakking niet beschadigd is. Bij levering zat er echter een gat in het plastik. Dat is dus een mooi drukmiddel om retourneren onmogelijk te maken.

Omwisselen kan ook niet. De bezorger die de gewenste ladder brengt mag de ongewenste ladder op dat moment niet meenemen om naar het depot te brengen.

Je moet dus de ongewenste ladder apart retourneren. Dat kost 40% van de aanschafprijs met een minimum van 25 euro. In dit geval kost dat 40% van 170 euro = 68 euro.
Ik heb niets aan de ladder omdat ik al een aluminium trap heb met dezelfde hoogte.
Voor mij nooit meer BPS Depot!!

Advertising products as in stock for next day delivery. Receive an immediate email confirming order. 24 hours later receive an email to say product is out of stock, and will be 5-6 weeks before delivery can be made.
Checked website, still advertising product as in stock for next day delivery.
Contacted BPS to get refund, which they did issue, ( but don't know how long that will take to get back to my account). When told about still advertising product as in stock, with next day delivery, I was told they know, and blamed it on a third party!!
Very disappointed in the business.

We bought a 5m Scaffold tower a few years ago. It has provided excellent regular service. Easy to assemble and strip down and very safe if using the outriggers. The rubber boots on the out riggers eventually split, but BPS very quickly agreed to send replacements. Highly recommended.

Excellent prices and range of products. We ordered some large tripod ladders for hedging and tree work .

The delivery company DX we re pretty terrible, I would recommend DPS change to a different provider.
with damaged poorly handled goods first delivery and then just dumping 16foot ladders on the pavement at the front of the house (despite delivery request to place in side passage or rear garden)

Despite DXs sabotage attempts DPS sorted a replacement next day delivery swiftly.

Ordered scaffolding for heavy duty building work. It was cheap, poor quality. For the money it’s a complete waste. We would like to return and have a full refund processed

Ordered a set of Trade Master Pro® 3 Section Extension Ladder via Amazon.
Came on time but unfortunately a bolt was missing to attach the stabiliser bar.
This was swiftly put right by Frese, who kept me updated with the part.

Extremely easy to get in touch with, really fast responses and sorted my query instantly no problems. Will definitely buy from again!

It took me a few attempts to get through to this company presumably due to a high volume of calls. However, once I managed to get through Carly was extremely helpful and, after verifying something with management, called me straight back with a solution to my problem, so all's well that ends well. Thanks Carly.

Ordered on May 24th 2026, and today's date is July 10th 2026. Still no news on when my order will arrive. Been on 6 different calls and promised different delivery deadlines. 3 different email chains. I believe the company has expanded into selling windows and doors and is not able to fulfil the needs of this type of business. Will be looking to request a refund and use an alternative window supplier.

I'd seriously consider other providers who can guarantee delivery within a reasonable time as BPS is not able to provide that.

Scaffold tower purchase. Having chosen the product that I wanted I placed the order, which included free next day delivery. All fine until I used the facility to track my order the following morning. The shipment comprised 3 packages but the tracker stated that only 2 of 3 items were scanned at the delivery depot. I phoned BPS to find out what had gone wrong. I spoke to Carly Stevens about my concerns over the delivery and she told me not to worry and said that she would sort it out. She gave me an email address to avoid lengthy waits on the telephone. Later that day the delivery of 2 packages arrived but the driver knew nothing of the third item. I emailed Carly, who phoned me back within minutes saying that she would investigate what had gone wrong and sort it out. She ensured that the missing item would be delivered the following day, and it was. Carly's manner was friendly and she inspired confidence that she would resolve my problem. Friendly and efficient, she is a credit to BPS. I was impressed.

We bought the alluminium Padstow Corner Sofa and table garden set. The quality is outstanding and customer service was great. Carly was excellent.
We will you definitely use this company again.
