Went to laguna aylesford to look at a Honda 750 after I’d seen it online.
Was greeted by the sales guy but sorry, can’t remember his name but a very nice bloke.
Asked if I could test ride the bike and was told that I couldn’t test ride it as it was a second hand bike and they didn’t want mileage put on it.
After a few minutes of explaining that you wouldn’t buy a bike without test riding it, the salesman went to his boss and he agreed to give me a 10 mile test ride. The fuel gauge was registering 1 bar of fuel so that was a little worrying.
In the end I didn’t buy as they offered a derisory figure on my PX, which I have just got £1000 more for from a different dealer.
No blame attached to the salesman he’s only doing as he’s told, but being told initially that you can’t test ride a bike because it’s a used bike … unbelievable.
I won’t be returning and I change my bike regularly.

Had test drive yesterday on a new qj…

Had test drive yesterday on a new qj 450 signed form with a 1000 pounds excess charge which was not explained to me i thought it was for a accident .any way darrel showed me switches how bike works then said its got no petrol he said u can put a 5 pound in it surely this should have been done before i used bike as i gave them weeks notice ' as ashford new area to me never had a clue where petrol garage was as darrel never told me 'so spent most of test ride trying to find a garage with fuel light flashing 'when i did find one after 45 min looking so i put fuel in then as went to turn bike round i dropped bike on its right side couldnt lift it lucky another biker helped me 'so took bike back to lugana and noticed i broke metal brake protector 'so i told darrel he went in had a word come back said its 250 pound for me to pay so i wasnt happy so he took bike inn garage come back with other lies that i bent brake lever scratched crash bars no way i did that 'like a idiot i never checked bike over ' i feel very upset and was taken for a idiot ' as i did know form i signed ment i had to pay that silly amount for a cheap chinese part which i could buy for 30 pounds on line plus it should not have broken ' any way they agreed on 200 pounds money i could not afford to waste ' would never use this company again disgusting service surely when u test ride a bike a new bike it should fuel in it nit for me too worry and get stressed about because fuel light was flashing 'also should have exdplained excess to me 'plus i was ripped off and lied i done other damage looking back i should not have paid this money terrible company dont use them

Wish I has read these reviews before buying. Used their online shop to buy one small bottle of injector cleaner. It cost over £20 but I like to support small businesses and try to stay away from the multinationals. My order showed as “preparing for dispatch” and didn’t change for a week. I emailed them after seven days asking when it was going to be posted out. No reply. The next week I sent a message to their Facebook page asking the same thing. No reply. Today I’ve tried calling their customer service department - sat on hold for ages then got told to leave a message. No one has gotten back to me. I’m not even convinced this company exists and I haven’t been scammed as no type of communication appears to work. I won’t drive from Yorkshire down to Kent just in case it’s a PO Box. I just want to be on the bike in this good weather and I’m missing it all due to rotten service. I should’ve just bought on Amazon and had it delivered the next day. This is a perfect example of why the high street is dying. I wouldn’t use this company again and would advise anyone to avoid it too.

Great Honda Online Shop

Bought a couple things from the Honda online shop over the last few months had a issue with the first thing I bought in September 25 sorted out no hassle great company to deal with and fast delivery service.

Not very impressed with the service I…

Not very impressed with the service I am receiving from the online parts department. I ordered some upper crash bars for my Tiger Alpine. The first set they eventually sent didn’t fit so I took them back and ordered some which I hope will fit. That was on the 26 of May. I was told they would come from the supplier in a day or two but obviously that wasn’t the case . I have tried phoning but it was constantly engaged. I have emailed twice but no reply. I eventually got through on the phone today and was told it may be in a big box from the supplier but they haven’t gone through it yet. Surely they know what’s been delivered but the woman on the phone didn’t seem too worried about my order and ended up saying “I will get right on it “ which I took as sarcasm. I have been riding bike for fifty two years and never had such poor service when ordering parts. Obviously the answer is don’t order online from Laguna again.

Avoid at all costs

1 star is generous! Worst company ive ever delt with, wish i had read the reviews before i purchased from them. Bought a paddock stand and they sent the wrong one, royal mail picked if up from my house before they could send a new one. Several weeks later and multiple emails and phone calls ignored i finally got through to a woman who was so rude, she said they were busy with complains, not surprised!! To be told the stand i ordered is out of stock and it could take several months! Asked for a refund, told they would email confirmation, still waiting! No paddock stand and now out of pocket. Have delt with hundreds of companies over the years and this is by far the worst, customer service is shocking! Avoid at all costs, im a member of several motorcycle forums and will be advising them all to take there business elsewhere as well. Pathetic excuse for a shop!

Just to make people aware ! Find your parts elsewhere! Now god know for how long g ill have to wait for a refund but clearly they wasted my time and money ! Ordered this part after o spoke to salesman probably 5 or 6 times and provided a wrong part number ! Absolutely useless they are ! Especially the women on customer service i spoke to ....absolutely awful !!!

My advisor Scott was brilliant from my first call, to even helping me with some tax stuff after the sale, which he absolutely did not have to do. Informative, helpful, a good laugh and genuine. Buying my dream bike was made so much better dealing with Scott and the HD Maidstone staff. And I dont say that lightly.

Fantastic company 5 Star!

Fantastic company, ordered a helmet from Laguna online website, and spoke to Owen over the phone to check with regard to stock and delivery, and Owen couldnt do enough and really looked after me. Service was exceptional. Delivery of item was super quick (next Day) absolutely fantastic. Thankyou all at Laguna

Extremely Disappointed – Defective Product, No Support, and Terrible Service

I’m writing to share my extremely negative experience with this company.

I purchased a tire that arrived looking dirty, old, and clearly not in new condition. It was dusty, had an aged appearance, and absolutely did not seem like a new product. I even took photos when it arrived to show how bad it looked.

When I took it to the mechanic, he tried several times to inflate it, but it would not hold any air. The rubber felt stiff and unusable — the tire is completely defective and unsafe.

I contacted customer service but never received any response to my messages. I called multiple times and was told I could return the tire for free. But when I got to the Post Office, they said the return wasn’t actually covered — I ended up losing even more money and time. It was humiliating.

When I called again to clarify, the staff was rude, careless, and treated me like I was the problem. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m not new to buying online, and I’ve never received a tire in such terrible condition or experienced such bad service.

This was my first time buying from this company, and it will definitely be the last. I’m sharing this review so others don’t go through the same frustration.

Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Avoid this company.

Awful

Awful. Avoid. Poor communication. Did not respond to my emails. Order cancelled without any explanation. Still waiting for refund. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do NOT trust!!!

Waranty work

I've tried to book some waranty work on my KTM for the last 6 months with Laguna in Maidstone.I have done 2 services with them in the meantime but on both ocasions they haven't done the waranty work wich it's frustrating now as this is a health and saefty problem as I have front suspension oil leak that went trough the brake disc and brake pad.Last week I went to a local garage and I've got everything fixed in 2 days for £325.How is this fair on a customer and what is the point to get the service done with them if you do not benefit any waranty?

Kawasaki hybrid

Arranged a test drive with Laguna Performance Centre with Darrell. Super efficient in organising the ride and suggested I try out the Kawasaki hybrid. In equal measures amazing, fun and absolutely awful. In manual mode and sport with boost it was such fun. In fully automatic mode, the gear change is awful, slow and clunky. In sport, the boost really packs a punch. I laughed for the whole hour of the test drive, some for the fun and some for how bad it is. Would I buy one? If I lived in the city I would get it straight away.
