Do not use LGG (abysmal).
Every bad review on Trust Pilot and Google I've read rings true with our experience of LGG. In a nutshell - extremely poor quality windows, extremely poor quality installation (to the point of utter incompetence) and extremely poor quality aftersales. I have multiple examples (photos & video clips) of all the above and offered these to Trading Standards. Luckily for LGG, Trading Standards didn't want my evidence. Reason would suggest that the glowing reviews are written by LGG themselves and their associates. Fact vs fiction comes to mind. Extremely disappointed overall. Wish we'd never heard of LGG.

Trading standards LUCKILY didnt accept your evidence because we produced our photo and calls recording and LUCKY YOU that we as a business dont have time for this and good or bad you were still a client so respecting that we didnt took any action other wise you would have got yourself in trouble . we are way to polite and professional. cheers
Excuse after excuse
As usual the initial salesman couldn't be more helpful, replying to every question. On the day we agreed to fit my window, nobody arrived. After a frantic call i was told that something needed to be done with my floor joists but nobody thought to call me so i could rectify this. They then promised to get someone to sort this so they could complete. After numerous calls, I ended up doing this myself. Every communication since required 10+ phone calls where either they don't answer (two lines, no answer on either) or i'm given promise of a call back which never happens. Lots of excuses for lack of call back etc but no resolutions. After the work was completed, I was left with the area above my window without any PVC flashing. They blamed the builders I used to sort the floor joists and they blamed lancashire glass. They eventually agreed to complete the job then after not turning up again and many phone calls to get in touch with them they said they get their equipment 'from China' and due to COVID, they can't get it and they will call back when they can. After waiting 2 months and worrying the rain will get in, I got it sorted elsewhere and paid again. Miraculously they could supply the required equipment in 2 days. I will never use Lacashire glass ever again and recommend you go elsewhere too as the whole end to end process was a total nightmare.

sorry for late reply . and yes all true what has been mentioned, but oh wait,!!!did you forgot to mention here that you didnt pay the balance as agreed during the job,and cut us short with money after wards.!!! Ofcourse why would you mention that. thanks.
