Auction house took my items 4 months ago and NEVER issued payment for it.First she lied that check will be mailed in 2 weeks then she will call me back in 1 hr never did and then she said it was mailed to wrong address and I was buying before around $4k spend and she has clearly my address and guess what STILL NO PAYMENT.When I was bidding on phone person who bid for me said $850 but that item SOLD for $650???So they busting people on the phone as well coming with bids that have nothing to do with live auction amount.And then you asked yourself why you and your husband are sick? Because you pay down the road for antiques especially you can even get a family curse for selling old family stuff in such a way.I am speechless to know that people like this exist and can look you in the eyes beyond psychopath.

I have tried several times to get information regarding land for sale, but the person answering the phone has been very unhelpful and unprofessional. Calls end without follow-up, the information provided is often incorrect, and when I want to visit the office, I am told no one is available.

I kindly ask that future communication be handled by someone knowledgeable about land sales, as the current experience is frustrating and reflects poorly on the company

I kindly request that the lady answering the phone be given proper training and guidance on how to handle clients with professionalism and discipline. The current approach feels careless and unhelpful, and if it continues, it may seriously harm the company’s reputation and result in the loss of clients.

Absolutely terrible paid deposit 10 days ago to bid on a lot didn’t win and have been waiting these ten days for my £1000 back no customer service and they are ignoring my calls shocking do not use!

I initially instructed them in November 2023 and from the start received poor customer service. The first agent that was to manage my property actually never stepped foot into my property and did the valuation based on a previous listing on Zoopla. All viewing were actually done my own rental management agents, which I found out after the fact, as she told me it was "not worth her time and effort to come and do it herself". I thought in January 2024 when her manager took over the instruction that I would get better service. I was mistaken as he mislead me from taken my property out of the auction the day before telling me that the guaranteed buyer was still an auction which would happen immediately and not a sale. I had specifically said I did not to go through the UK sale process giving me his word that it wasn't. Even advised me not to listen to my solicitor.
This ended up being a labour-intensive sale which was dragged out because the buyer actually didn't have the funds in place.
During the whole process he was pushy and constantly bombarding me with texts and calls after I explicitly asked him to deal directly with my solicitor.
I would not trust Landmark Auctions as they are not working for your best interest and will ill-advise you along while providing poor customer service. I would suggest using a more professional auction house.
