Absolutely disgusting company. Just moved into a new place from them which is moulded up to the eyeballs! (apparently both their inspections before move in AND their person who does the inventory didnt see it) Theres a smell of cigarette smoking leaking up from the floor of the flat below which they refuse to fix. I told them the smell is intermittent too which Jacqui, the director said 'its not my job to be available 24/7'. They continually misdiagnose things and waste my time and the landlords money. Do not trust.

The particulars of sale were incorrect. The sales details incorrectly stated that the first-floor bathroom had a low level toilet. I had to install a toilet and sink at a cost to me of £1,300. Plymouth Homes refused responsibility. My advice stay clear of Plymouth Homes/thoroughly check their sales details. I am currently going through the complaints procedure with the Property Ombudsman.

Rob and team delivered. Unlike like most estates, Plymouth Homes valued our sale property accurately, not over pricing it and meaning we wouldn't have to heavily reduce it later on once on Zoopla/Rightmove. Rob was great. He wasn't pushy at all and didn't waffle on with additional sale tactics. Straight talking, no nonsense - thank you.
Alannah, Steve, and Claudia were fantastic too throughout the whole process. Everyone at Plymouth Homes was always on the end of the phone when needed and went the extra mile. We would definitely use this estate again.

Plymouth Homes sold my property and achieved a price well above my expectations. When we encountered some issues, they provided great advice and this ensured the sale could go ahead. I cannot thank the team enough for their help. Queries always answered promptly, Rob always contactable. I will use them again without hesitation.

I am trying to buy a property. Out of all of the many many estate agents I have dealt with, Plymouth homes have been the only ones that I feel really looked after as I seek the perfect property for me.
I feel like a real live human being dealing with them, unlike pretty much all their competition which don't really listen or care to hear what you are looking for and I am just a cash cow as far as they are concerned.

Plymouth Homes seem to genuinely care that I find a good property and rather than bombard me with numerous properties that don't even match my budget they contact me occasionally, and when they do it's always properties that I am much more interested in and seem relevant to me. Rob especially is extremely good at what he does and I have nothing but praise for the Gent.

If I ever have a property for sale, my number one choice would be Plymouth Homes, just from how I feel dealing with them on the buyer side of the equation.
