Scam site. Don't use them. Their website pretends to be Land Registry but they are not. Accidently ordered copies for wrong address then correct address but realised and emailed them straight away. They said they couldn't refund money. I rang Land Registry only to find out they were a third party site that charges way way way way more than the actual Land Registry would do. Please don't fall for them. It's been an expensive mistake but worth it if others don't fall for this.

Ordered property documentation and when the paperwork copies arrived I was surprised to find documents for two properties neither of them mine!!! The envelope also contained two blank pages. Tried to call but no answer. They’re obviously keen on taking money but couldn’t care less about customers data.

Dreadful company. Masquerading as the official site. I paid nearly 50 for documents that would have cost 14 pounds on the actual gov site. I realised my mistake quite quickly so sought to rectify. I immediately emailed landregistryuk and asked for a refund as per their policy. They ignored my email and sent me the documents. Avoid avoid avoid

Phoned them over ten times during a lease extension on a property. They’ve been really helpful and knowledgeable and always emailed me the information that I needed. To be honest, they’ve been the best service received from gov.uk. I cannot thank you enough for helping me.

I paid £35 for a copy of the title entry for my flat, I received something for the same address but with another name as owner. When I asked them to doublecheck, they sent an extract from the ‘official’ document with a different name on the document. For £7 i got a copy from the HM land registry with my name on it. Avoid the scammers!

i got the documents for a completely different address! clearly a scam. do not waste your money. the correct website is through the gov.uk.

Another sucker reeled in without looking closer.
Paid £45 which would have cost £7 with full details.
It gave option for extra £10 express for one hour return. Fortunately I didn’t and did receive basics within minutes. How they get away with it I do not know.

I thought I was on the official gov.uk land registry site and paid £24.95 twice for title plan and title register. They arrived promptly but I was furious when I found I could have got the same from the .gov site for £7.

I also paid for a "conveyancing pack" £44.95 but so far after a week have received nothing further. I am asking for a refund for this. I know there are other documents from previous solicitor correspondence so I feel utterly conned. Don't use this site.

It is inly in Britain that we would allow such scam merchant to operate so freely with little or no govt intervention.

Very annoyed that this site looks like the official site, very surprised this is allowed, tiny print at the bottom says they are not uk gov. How safe is your data!!!!

I too believed I was on the official land registry site and paid £59.85 for 2 documents regarding our deeds and this included a £10 paper copy, absolute rip off as these docs would have cost £14 on the official site. I’m reporting it to trade and standards

As per all other reviews I have read, I believed I was on the official land registry site, since found out otherwise.
They claim my documents were sent the same day as I ordered, receiving only a receipt for payment received nothing else.
The official.site only charges £7 per document, not £24.95.
A clue the company is from the UAE, and the only contact information is under terms and conditions.
I have commenced recharge with my credit card company.
Don't be fooled the site is a scam and should be taken down.

0 stars. I paid hundreds for a document and waited 2 months only to find out from speaking with the REAL Land Registry that the document I was looking for cost nothing to get. I also learned that the REAL Land Registry doesn't keep a copy of that document in the first place. I am waiting for a partial refund from this fraudulent company, but strongly advise that that you simply call the REAL Land Registry from the government website. The representative I spoke to from there was super helpful- I didn't even realise until I spoke to him that land registry.co.uk wasn't the real one.

scam company masquerading as the Gov UK land registry gov uk government/organisations/land-registry) . THey are a commercial outfit . I got caught out because i was away from base and needed deeds urgently and fell for this scam. Whereas gov land registry charges 7 pounds for deeds, this company charges approx 4 times that. Though they have very small print on their landing page at the very bottom saying they are not connected to HM gove land registry. I tried to contact consumer protection about this firm and trading standards but the website doesnt work either (though i encourage you to try as you may have better luck: citizensadvice dot org dot uk) . THey also purport to offer conveyancing docs. i ordered them, turns out they didnt have them, so they part refunded in that case.

I keep receiving email from Land Registry and I have never made any application with them for anything. Despite sending them repeated emails to stop contacting me they still continue to send me the template letters.

Absolute scam of a company, I would 100% recommend not to use this company, I'm still waiting for the documents to be sent through, I have sent 3 further emails to which I haven't had a response, Do yourself a favour & use the Gov uk website instead of these guys & only pay £7 instead of these prices !!

Should have read the reviews, paid through PayPal, didn't get documents.Wont get money back,

Land registry do not follow their own procedures and show a total level of incompetence. The organisation has no customer services and is a total shambles,

Made the mistake of ordering via this website rather than the government website. This costs significantly more than you can buy it for there
