HI, DON'T USE. not based in UK, you pay over what you would if you use the .Gov website. I used by mistake, no refund, no reply to email. Why does the uk government allow foreign companies to copy their web sites, or allow them to access the information.

Not Land Registry. Scammers. Takes 10 mins to fill in their form, another 10 to read the very dodgy T&C, and then a few hours (at best) to receive the info, for a stated £30, but they actually add other fees on top.
Go to LandRegistry.gov.uk and it'll take you 2 minutes to fill in their form, you'll receive it immediately and it'll cost you £7.
These charlatans should be prosecuted for fraud.

Like many others, I believed it was a government website only to discover it was just a similar name. Ordered deeds for my property and paid extra for 1hr delivery and received them on time. However, I paid GBP60 (incl. GBP10 for express service) rather than GBP7 if I had gone through the government website.

This bunch of criminals are impersonating land registry and cashing in on people morning the loss of loved ones.

This is little more than a scam, they charge almost £25 for a document that you can get immediate access to on the official UK Gov Land Registry website for £7.

This is a scam website. They take your money and send nothing. Their website says they have 4.5/5 on. reviews here which is lies. They don't respond to emails. They claim to turn documents around in an hour, same working day. They do no such thing. I have paid £45 and received nothing. Will be reporting them as fraudsters to their payment processing company

Steer clear, I made a mistake by clicking what I thought was UK land registry website when in fact this is a private company charging way over the odds for the same submissions anyone can do. I mad3 my mistake at 11:35hrs and sent then an email to cancel at 11:45hrs. They said I could get a partial refund as the order had already been ‘initiated’. When I asked to clarify this they stated it was ‘already scheduled’ to be sent. Steer clear and submit yourself.

Thank goodness I had the good sense to carry on scrolling. When you search for Land Registry Deeds this is the site which has paid to be first on the list...and then they rip you off by charging £24.99 for a document which only costs £7 from the OFFICIAL. gov website.

After my rant yesyerday (see below). Landregistryuk have refunded my money. So not a 'rip off' as per my original complaint... I am just giving four stars as I still feel that Landregistryuk should sate that this is not anything to do with the official GOV site.

OMG! How can people get away with this! Rip off! You can get the documents you need from the official GOV web site for £7.00 each instead of paying £25.00! And you can't cancel, as it states in there T&Cs. (As I tried too). Buyer beware! There should be a law against this kind of 'modelling a site based on and official one'!

Appalling! We are selling our house and our buyers have got an issue that needs resolving by the Land Registry. Their Solicitors expedited their application which was four weeks ago and I presume a fee was paid for this!! No timeline no updates just holding up the chain just shockingly poor. Thank you Land Registry, NOT!!!

SCAM Site. This is not the official land registry site. Ordered the documents and paid £9.99 for the 1 hour service. Didn’t receive the documents then realised I’d been scammed and obtained the documents from the official site which cost £7 and I received immediately on payment. Emailed to cancel my order two hours after my initial order. Received the documents 14 hours later and refusing to refund.

Scam…ordered Title Deeds within 24 hours received nothing…no answer to emails either…luckily I had paid by PayPal so got a refund…avoid at all costs.

Read all the small print very carefully. This is not the official uk government website, where you can get the same documents for a fraction of the cost. This company is based in the Middle East. I would not use them again.

Never buy a new build because what the house builder or solicitors don’t tell you even though you have paid for your house it isn’t actually yours because you can’t remortgage or sell your property with out it being registered through the land registry which can take months or even years

Took my money and provided me the incorrect documents. Turns out HM land registry had not updated my details. Little did I realise this was akin to gambling. When I asked for my money back I was told no. I will be looking to report this site to the Ombudsman.

Too slow procees..they didnt even finish spelling correction in a month time

I have been in the process of selling my property. Unbeknown to me, the housing management group had been on a list to register the property for 2 years and it still hadn’t been completed. (Yes a failing of the land registry however their customer service forum has redeemed itself) I contacted the land registry forum to expedite the case and to get more information. The service received was amazing. Extremely prompt responses, accurate and detailed information with clear and concise next actions to take. There were 4 properties that required completing, in order, within the application. This was successfully resolved within 2 weeks of the initial message.
Very impressed with the responses provided and the actions to resolve quickly.

I did a google search for land registry copies needed by a family member. I clicked on this site not noticing it was not the official .gov.uk site. I ordered the title registration only and paid by PayPal they somehow covered the real PayPal with a dummy page making the transaction look normal. However, when we go our bank statement they had clearly substituted another page and charged us considerably more than the website had indicated. I am not very happy and will take legal advice.

Like others I thought this was the official land registry site and parted with my money before realising it was too late. Payment was taken on the phone via credit card for £295 all they done was complete 2 forms and email them over, the information they completed was all information given by me, so no additional works applied, when the forms came through I still had to pay the official Land Registry fees to gain what I needed, I disputed the charge with my credit card and they have not paid it, the company is now threatening to take me to court. All please be aware of a company called LandS Registry - as they are not the official gov. site.

As at no point on the call did they inform me that I was not speaking with the official Land Registry.
