Thought was on government web site. Needed title on paper. £24.95 +£9.95
Doesnt give total. I thought was strange. Checked bank account £59.90 taken. They then sent emails of deed plan, no use to me. I needed proof of ownership. One states they are government website, then otjers following my complaint stated not goverment website.

Are landregistryuk and this company one and the same? I don’t know but will look into further.

Avoid at all costs. Passing themselves off as the official HM Land Registry Office.

They charge five times what the real site will charge.

Avoid !! It’s a scam site. Not the official site and charge a lot of money for the same thing available for £7 on the .gov site.

Do not use them. They are NOT the uk gov.uk site. But they look and sound like they are. They take your money - we paid £25 per document. They then contact the gov.uk site getting the documents for just £7 each. If I’d known I would have paid just £11 each through the official site. The lady on the real site gave me the info I needed over the phone and told me the scam tactics this company use. Gutted and feel conned!!

Misled on the contents of a historical deeds document.
I initially paid for a set of title deeds as i needed to show to an insurance company that I was the owner of a given property in 2018. The deeds didn't show this, i then explained in multiple email exchanges with the company what it was that i was trying to do. I was advised that i needed a historical document to show 2018. I then paid for this document, however all it showed was the sale of the house in late 2018, not that i was the seller. As a company that exists to sell these documents i would expect that they would know what would and what wouldn't be shown on the document. I don't have an issue with my first deeds purchase however feel i was misled into buying the historical document. My request for a refund on the historical document was refused.

Shocking. I waited on the phone after a pre recorded message that said the wait time was 25 mins to get though then, at 25 mins, they changed it to 40 mins, so I gave up. Why offer a phone line at all if you can't run it properly? The usual platitudes about calls being really important to us are just nonsense.

No stars. It’s a scam. I’m an idiot, but the f*****s are canny. The site is convincing but when they get to Hell, tell it to the Devil. Those of us who got robbed, we’ll be laughing our socks off.

This is a fraudulent spoof website. I have contacted them for a refund but yet to hear back. I haven’t received any documents from them. Luckily I paid via credit card so I can raise a dispute with my bank.

This is NOT the Land Registry. You will get no information back from them and you cannot contact them.
Have now reported them to Action Fraud and Crimestoppers.
Unfortunately by the time you read this you will probably have made the same mistake.

It's a scam website that charges £24.95 for a document that is £7 if you go direct to the government website (at the gov.uk domain name).

I paid over £500 for one document but thought i was getting alot more for that amount of money so got duped did email same day with my concerns no reply I later found out id been chatting with Not the proper LR tried for refund but T&Cs get you has it a personalised service so they won't PAYKOUT!! Unfortunately, like others, I paid an inflated price, not realising this isn't the official HM Land Registry website. I paid £30 for them to email me a title register that I could have got for £7 from the Government website. They took an hour to email it, then sent the wrong document so I had to email them back. On the official government website, it's instantly downloadable for £7. No waiting. I feel sorry for people who, like me, thought this was the official Land Registry website. This feels "scammy" to me.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I wouldn't even give this website even 1 star!! Just like all the previous reviews - I used this website thinking it was the official website to get Title Deeds. The way the website is designed the user is lured into thinking that the property has been registered and that the company have access to the Title Deeds. You pay the money and I didn't get a single document.
Go to the official HM website.

Thought I was on the land registry web site they charged me 49.50 for one document and said there were further documents that they would have to send by post not email for another 44.95. Did not receive them so contacted THE land registry the real one to find out they are a company charging high prices. The land registry charge from £7.00 depending on document. No telephone number or address only email which I have no response. So people be careful on the websites that look official but are not

This is not the official site of the UK Government Land Registry. They charge a massively inflated price for an inferior service that you can get from the official government website. Avoid

Avoid! Scam- took my money and responded but when i queried a refund they ignored my emails. They didn't even send me the documents. Informed me that they would get back to me but completely ignored me and didn't deliver me the registry details i paid for.

AVOID, SCAM!

DO NOT USE this website which is not the UK government Land Registry. Paid £54.98 instead of £14 and received NOTHING. NO REFUND after several emails. No option to give no stars. Use the site with gov.uk in the name.
