DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!
I needed to return the cat Lapcatz. I asked the customer service how to process the return. The email I was given said to follow the specific return policy. This policy says that I will need to return the product to the warehouse it shipped from…… I was never told what warehouse it would come from. It could’ve come from anywhere! I was told in the email send the product to CHINA!!!! It would cost me twice the amount I spent to buy the product. Then, I was offered a 20%refund as if they were doing me a favor! I received $9 for a refund!
This is HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!! This company knows full well the buyer won’t send the product to China for a return!!! When purchasing, I was never told where it was being shipped from. How do I know it came from China???
Anyway, AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

DON’T BUY!!! RIP OFF! I bought four and the beds ARE NOT as advertised. AND they were completely unprofessional and insulting when I tried to return them. ‘Sarah’ at Lapcatz suggested I try to prop open the roof of the bed which was 1) impossible because the cheap cardboard holding the shape was crushed when they packed FOUR beds into a small plastic bag for shipping and 2) *duh* implying I was too stupid to have attempted that. Gave me an address to return TO CHINA AT MY EXPENSE. VERY POOR COMPANY.

STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
They offer a money back guarantee which is absolutely useless as they are just a made up company with a fake address in the Uk fronting for a Chinese company.
It will cost you FAR more to return said product to china than it cost.
There are a lot of “companies” that are practicing this sales strategy at the moment, which is obviously a loophole that our government are doing nothing to rectify. Hopefully Trustpilot can shed a light on these companies!!!

Zero stars wasn’t an option. Total bs company. Site said order by 12-14 for Xmas delivery. Guarantee your cat will like it or return it. Bed arrived 5 weeks later after a 12-9 order. Cat doesn’t like it. They said I was responsible for return shipping and to find shipping
to China at a cost of 76.00 when it cost 48 to buy. Fraud company. It’s a theme, read the reviews.

Scam, never sent the two beds I ordered. Said they were not deliverable and told me to do the work to find out why.

My cat, Milo, is bougie...food, toys, a sleeping bag for cats. I sent it back after a wk because he wouldn't use it. After reading about Lapcatz in my FB feed, I decided to buy it for him as a last chance. He's been in it every day since I it arrived last Sunday! So happy, Milo's happy. No regrets!

Zero stars. This is a Chinese scam. Their fake address is a historical landmark in England with no business, and no residence. The Federal Trade Commission needs to be directed to this charade and shut them down. Paid and ordered back on Dec. 10th, 3024. Fake stops and shipping companies. It's time break all ties with this country. All of them.

These are criminals and should be imprisoned to pay for their crimes.

This is one of the most infuriating purchases I've ever made. Ordered in December 8, 2024, it is Jan. 16, 2025.
There is no reason to believe at this point, that I will receive my, PAID FOR, item!!

What to expect if your purchase arrives; Delivery was 5-6 Weeks after ordering product not 5-7 Days as noted on the website. The product is different from what it appears on the website. The address on the final shipping label on Google Maps is an empty, run down old school building with broken out windows and a ‘Do Not Enter’ fence around the property in Chicago IL. Too early to tell if my animal will like the product.

My cat loves her new bed. When it is cold she snuggles inside. If it is hot she sleeps on top of it. I had no problem with delivery. I gave one to my son's cat also.

I never write bad reviews but this one’s needed, same issue as most others….wish I’d checked reviews before purchasing! I ordered December 5, 2024 and tracking just lists a bunch of “in transit to next station”. Five weeks later, no sign of my order. But from the sounds of other reviews, doesn’t look like I’m missing a quality product anyway. I’m now attempting to get a refund but not holding my breath. Save yourself time, frustration and possible fraud, order something else. Your cat and credit card will thank you.

it’s past a month now —no product—with no reply. I should have known better from a self proclaimed “US” company. Beware, folks….no good.

Very poor quality and cheap products! The two cat beds ordered were delivered from the factory in China, vacuum packed into a very small bag. The cost of returning them to the factory in China means that you'll be stuck with them. This is not made clear on the returns policy...
They offered me 10% refund...
Would not recomend!

I ordered LapCatz nesting bed for my cat on December 3, 2024, I wrote LapCatz on December 18th, 2024 after following the tracking. Every time I check the date the cat bed is to arrive, its either hung up in Customs or its at a Sorting Centre. LapCatz responded to my email on Dec. 19th, 2024 and gave me a tracking package to follow and said to follow for a few more days. Today its January 5th, 2025 and at this point, I have no idea where it is or which parcel service has it.........

100% a scam. I ordered this bed on 12/9/2024 and the website said it would take 5-7 days. I still have not received it (as of 1/4/2025) despite contacting the seller multiple times and asking for updates and attempting to cancel my order. Do NOT use their package tracker- it is likely a phishing website.

This is an addendum to my first review of Lapcatz. In the first review it had been more than 3 weeks and I still had not received the 2 cat beds I ordered in December. Miraculously, I did receive the cat beds yesterday. This was after I had contacted my credit card company and they were investigating this. Anyway, although I did receive the beds they are of extremely poor quality and I am planning to return them. Judging by other reviews though they will have to be returned to China and I will have to pay for the mailing. They claim to be a family run company and the return address on my package has an individual man’s name and address (no company name) in Chicago - yet they have to be sent to China to be returned?! While waiting for these beds I ordered a similar bed from Amazon for the same price and it is of a much higher quality than these Lapcatz beds.

Ordered December 7th, tracking is not consistent with any US shipping lines, and only shows a December 14th update of parcel received at sorting centre.
On January 3rd, still no updates and there were multiple attempts at fraudulent charges on my credit card used to purchase with LapCatz.

Someone should shut these scamming criminals down before they steal from others. 😠

Same issue as most people - ordered in December 2024.- finally arrived Jan 3rd. Emailed customer service several times requesting a refund which they declined as it was “in transit”
The product is really cheap -and small - nothing like the pictures. Avoid at all cost - it is a complete SCAM!!!!

Still hasn't arrived Jan 2nd. Emailed customer service twice with a threat to submit credit card fraud. They responded they can't control delivery company.
No updates on tracking still. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I'm almost certain this is a Temu product, they say 5-7 day delivery, that's a lie, almost 2 weeks haven't received it still. They don't provide detailed tracking, their tracking just says "being packed, on the way to airport, at the airport,...etc which is exactly what Temu shipping does. So I'm convinced this person is just ordering the product for you via Temu charging you x2, x3, x4 the price because you can literally get it on Temu for $5-19 depending on size and seller.
Their customer service is basically non-existent which is why I result to having to leave a negative review which I never do but because they're ignoring me I'll go ahead and worn everyone, soon I'll start blasting their social media if they don't reply ASAP and that won't look good with my 100k followers support.
And their return is a scam you have to return it to origin country which will cost you more than the product itself causing you to keep it and not get a refund. Just buy it off Temu yourself! And stop scamming people, I'm all for making money and building a company and brand but be fair and provide Guest Service that's always number 1 or you'll end up in the trash!
