I ordered a cat bed for the cold winter days and my cat loves it. At first I was a bit worried when there were delivery issues, and I read some bad reviews.
LapCatz is not a scam, there are just some issues with deliveries. The delivery personnel are instructed to put the package in the letterbox, which is not always possible. They are not told to buzz the intercom if this happens. On the second delivery I received my package and the delivery person was very apologetic about buzzing the intercom, explaining that the package wouldn’t fit in the letterbox. Of course, this is not an issue, they are simply concerned with following the instructions they are given.

This is not the fault of LapCatz. There just needs to be better communication/coordination for deliveries.

Ordered item, didn’t arrive (3-5 days). Waited and waited, emailed repeatedly from day 8 -15. They wouldn’t issue a refund, kept telling me that I had to wait for delivery. AVOID.

A total SCAM. LapCatz is based in China, not a small family run business in Dorset. Cheap and nasty beds, nothing like advertised. They want returns sent to China. However, I returned it tracked to their UK address and got a refund after contacting Klarna. They inundate social media with fake photos and charge so much you think you are buying a quality product.

Was sent an item by this company and I was under the impression that it was £24.99 but in fact I was charged £49.99. Asked them about return policy and it states that I have to pay the postage for a return . . .which is to an address in China . . .it would cost more to post back than it would for a full refund. Absolute joke of a company. I would stay well clear from ever buying anything from this company.

Very nice Company to work with. The Product is very good material and so soft! My 2 Cats absolutely love snuggling inside. Warm and cozy! Definitely worth getting for your Furbabys!

After I saw some of the reviews for the Lapcatz kitty bed I was bit worried, but I am pleased to say that this is a wonderful kitty bed! After I showed my kitties how to get into the nest bed, they really took to it and I can tell they love because it's an instant purr fest. The bed also seems to calm them down and they fall asleep right away. I also love that I can throw it into the wash to refresh it up. Great product! Very pleased! Thanks!

As everyone else is saying these are cheap quality beds not worth the money. The website says Customer responsible for cost of sending back the beds, which "may be in a different country". Hmm so not from the UK that's for sure. The Trust Pilot reviews on the website are also pure fiction.

A Chinese import pretending to be a local family run business in the UK.

Quality of the product when it arrived was cheap and poorly made! Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

We saw this bed on Facebook and it looked perfect for our little moo. Since it has arrived she has barely left her new bed she loves it so much. Would really recommend this bed for other pet owners 👌🏻

Order #2929. China import pretending to be local when in fact it took 14 days to get here.
Quality of the bed is cheap and horrible and not worth the £59 paid for 2 beds

Requested a refund and awaiting

Even though website says try it free, any returns or exchanges have to go back to china at your cost. Return policy states returns can go to warehouse from where shipped which was Chicago. Do not buy!!!!!

Lapcatz bed arrived this morning.
Totally shocked by the size of the parcel. I was expecting a box with a bed in it, not a 12 inch compressed roll!
The bed was so tiny, an absolute waste of money.
The graphics do not justify the size!

Do not buy. If you want to return, they give you an address in China

Took 15 days for the bed to arrive and my cat is small but the bed is useless , buyer beware .

It took over 2 weeks for the bed to arrive and when it did, it was tiny! Made the mistake of spending 30 quid on this. Avoid!!!

Waited 2 weeks for the cat bed to arrive and when it did, the bed was tiny! My small cat was eager to try it out but just couldn’t get into it. For £30 this was an expensive mistake 😔 I feel this is a bit of a scam sadly

Be warned! These guys ship from China with a zero friendly return policy. My 2 cats didn’t take to these beds and so it was an entire waste of money as it would cost more to ship to China than what the items cost.

No replies - no parcels. Find another shop / avoid avoid avoid
